This paper studies cattle, which were depicted in the literature of the new era Mongolian. While classifying and explaining, combine to make the interpretation, social history review, folk culture, explain the subject from " the symbol of enemy or hero ", " group symbol " and "symbol of the gods".This paper consists of five parts: introduction, chapters I, II, III, and conclusion.The Introduction expounds the cause and significance of subject, research profiles, and research methods.The first chapter classifies the images of cattle in the literature of Mongolian new period to a symbol of the hero and the enemy. The research subject is antithesis to the hero and the enemy. Using the method of "one divides into two", to study the subject with a review of social history and folk culture.The second chapter sums the images of cattle in the literature of Mongolian new period up “a symbol of community”. The research subject is antithesis to "progressive groups" and "backward groups" Using the method of "one divides into two", to study the subject with a review of social history and folk culture.The third chapter induces the images of cattle in the literature of Mongolian new period as" the symbol of the gods". This section reinvests the study into the new meaning of “the symbol of the gods" and “the symbol of the true, the good and the beautiful”, research and discuss from human literature and folk culture.The conclusion expounds the significance of the images of cattle in the literature of Mongolian new period; study the spirit of Mongolian people in the new era and practical significance of culture developing.
