Research On Graphic Design Of Cattle Culture From The Perspective Of Semiotics

From being the object of primitive worship and belief to being an important part of farming culture and folk activities,the image of cattle has been endowed with noble quality and spiritual symbol,which constitutes the main content and significance of cattle culture.As a cultural symbol,cattle embody distinctive national characteristics and spiritual quality,and its image is rooted in national culture.As the object of visual expression,it is not only the embodiment of spiritual culture and artistic form,but also the carrier of cultural inheritance.This thesis analyzes the symbolic features of the cattle as a cultural symbol with the research method of semiotics,sums up the symbolic functions,cultural meanings and spiritual symbols of the Cattle,in order to better understand the cattle culture and apply them to the visual design of the cattle culture,constructing theoretical methods for visual expression and inheritance of bovine culture.This thesis first from the cattle culture origin and the development carries on the theory combs,through to the cattle culture interpretation and the analysis,combs the cattle culture the development process and the symbol significance.Secondly,using the theory of semiotics to interpret and analyze the cattle culture,analyzing the functions and significance of the cattle culture from the angles of the information transmission,the identification direction and the cultural symbol of the cattle culture,combining the connotation of the times,the creative expression form of excavating cattle culture theme graphics.Through the comparative analysis of different forms of cattle graphic design works,this thesis discusses how to integrate graphic ideas into the graphic design of cattle culture,and sums up the representation methods of cattle culture graphics.Finally,based on the theory of semiotics,the author tries to construct a design practice that can express the visual image of the cattle culture,and design a visual image that conforms to the aesthetic taste of the times and condenses the spirit and implication of the cattle culture,so as to contribute to the inheritance and development of the cattle culture in the new era,to promote in-depth research on related topics.
