To solve this problem, the interpreter makes a consecutive interpreting of it from the perspective of both the interpreter and the audience.The documentary World Heritage in China Episode12 the ancient city of Pingyao and Episode19 Mount Tai are chosen as the interpreting content. The report consists of three parts, an introduction, the main body and a conclusion. The first chapter is the description of the interpreting content, goals of interpreting task and linguistic features of the documentary. The second chapter records the pre-interpreting preparation, execution of interpreting and the maters after interpreting. In the process of pre-preparation, the preparation is made from subject and items. Besides, the interpreter makes some relative predictions. The third chapter is case analysis. Based on the interpretive theory of translation advanced by Danica Seleskovitch, five interpreting strategies are used in the interpreting. In the conclusion part, the interpreter concludes some problems and solutions. The interpreter hopes this interpreting practice can guide the future interpreting in similar field.
