Study On The Protection And Development Of The Traditional Village In Xinjiang For Building The "Beautiful Village"

Traditional village records the history and culture of farming civilization, and they are the source and carrier of Chinese traditional culture. In the process of urbanization, Xinjiang traditional village is faced with the double challenge that how to promote new rural construction and that how to protect and promote history and culture. In recent years, the "beautiful village" construction has become a new wave of Chinese building new socialist countryside. While, protecting and developing the traditional village is also an important task of rural construction. In this paper, taken Xinjiang traditional village for an example, we try to explore the protection and development issues of traditional village based on "beautiful village" construction target."Beautiful village" refers to beautiful living environment, distinctive industry feature, neat village appearance, improved infrastructure, harmonious local folk custom and continued traditional culture, emphasizing the harmony between human and nature, and harmonionious development of economy and resource. It is, in a sense, correspond to the development goal of traditional village. Traditional village refers to the village that possesses a wealth of traditional resource, has historical, cultural, scientific, artistic, social and economic value and should be protected. The protection and development of traditional village is an important part of the "beautiful village" construction, which plays an important role in promoting the living environment, improving the neat village appearance and enhancing the cultural consciousness. With "beautiful village" construction as the goal, we monitor the protection and development of traditional village by means of goal-oriented, and take targeted and effective countermeasures.The formation of Xinjiang traditional village is influenced by the combination of many factors, like nature history religious and economics. The landform of Xinjiang known as "Three Mountains and Two Pots" and its temperate continental climate has great influence on the distribution structure and internal form of rural settlement. Migration, residence,race and fusion of nationality, form the complex relationship of resident during the Xinjiang ancient history, and the Silk Road trade promote the formation of village; In religion, the residents’different ways of life and different models of production, effects of village location, layout, residential construction, etc. The traditional way of farming, the level of economic development provides energy and material support for the development of the village. The location of Xinjiang traditional village has these properties:near water, near field, the ideal effect of Islam the Quran "garden" residential, which make structure layout suit to local condition. Muslim settlement with the mosque as the center, shows radial street structure; The spatial organization inspired by Kevin Lynch’s research on the image of city, is divided into five elements which are center, texture, water and residential areas; Traditional dwelling is divided into Hotan, Kashi, Yili, Turpan and Akesu in typical characters depends the different environment, and different region of residence has to adapt to the characteristics of the local environment.There are some issues of lacking of management institutions functions, declined or damaged material cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage protection existence erroneous zone and crisis in protection and development of Xinjiang traditional villages. To solve these problem, we establish the ideal mode of protection and development of traditional village which take government as the leading, enterprises as the driven, village committee as bridge, farmer as main body and tourist as the "supervisor" multi stakeholder coordination, from level of the village environment, intangible cultural heritage, intangible cultural heritage protection to combine the traditional village. Starting from the macroscopic idea, we put forward to clear benefit main body responsibility, set up perfect supervision and management mechanism, based on the principle of integrity and pay attention to the intangible cultural heritage protection material cultural heritage protection countermeasures continuity.The last, as Mazar Aldi village as an example, with the principle of authenticity and integrity, combining material and intangible cultural heritage protection, reasonable use and the sustainable development, the residents participate in as guide, based on the target of "beautiful countryside" construction, by the way of optimizing the ecological environment, perfecting the infrastructure; strengthening the villagers to participate in, creating the regulatory mechanism; protecting the intangible culture, inheriting the living heritage; integrating the village resources, developing the characteristics of tourism, to insert Mazar Aldi village construction into traditional culture protection and inheritance, optimized residential environment and its own development ability get promoted "beautiful country".
