Traditional villages,also known as "ancient village",refers to the early formation of villages,containing rich cultural and natural resources,and has certain historical,cultural,scientifice,artistic,economicand social value.In September 2012,the first meeting of the Expert Committee on the Protection and Development of Traditional Villages decided to change the "ancient villages" to "traditional villages".With the continuous development of tourism and the improvement of people’s living standards,relaxing and returning to nature has become a life goal widely pursued by the people.Therefore,more and more traditional villages have been developed,which not only satisfies people’s desire for traditional culture The demand for consumption also brings economic prosperity and development to traditional villages.Nowadays,although traditional village tourism is generally recognized by the masses,many traditional villages in China are currently stuck at the simple copy and paste level of the same industry,which has caused irreparable damage.Therefore,the protection of traditional villages has become an important issue to be solved urgently in the process of tourism development.The introduction of the idea of sustainable development provides new suggestions and strategies for the protection and development of traditional villages.This paper studies the rural tourism of Guojiagou Village by sorting out the relationship between the protection of traditional villages and tourism development,supplements the theoretical research content in the field of rural tourism based on the actual situation,and analyzes the current status of traditional village protection and rural tourism development in Guojiagou Village.,analyze the problems and deficiencies in its development,and put forward some opinions and suggestions.Under the premise of driving the tourism economic growth of Guojiagou Village,rationally utilize the existing resources of Guojiagou Village,and explore new ideas of rural tourism to make it grow into the economic power of local future development,and put forward the principles of protection and development at the same time.,method,content,implementation,etc.will provide reference for the development of traditional village tourism in other regions.Firstly,on the basis of expounding and sorting out the background,significance,theoretical basis and research review of Guojiagou Village,this paper summarizes the current situation of tourism protection and development of traditional villages by means of literature research and questionnaire survey.The village conducts systematic research to lay the theoretical foundation.Secondly,using SPSSPRO software to analyze the questionnaire data from several dimensions of environment,tourism products and infrastructure,the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient value of the model is 0.729,indicating that the questionnaire has considerable reliability.Summarize several shortcomings of the current situation of rural tourism in Guojiagou Village.Finally,according to the problems found,it is concluded that as a typical representative of northern Shaanxi culture,Guojiagou Village has the advantages of resources,geography,and history,but it has disadvantages such as single product,poor planning and management,etc.challenges in terms of residents,service talents,and weak awareness of protection.Therefore,Guojiagou Village insists on respecting traditional features and regional characteristics,continuously develops the influence of folk art,and improves the principles of infrastructure development,providing new strategies and suggestions for the protection and development of Guojiagou Village.In the process of development and utilization,we must pay attention to the long-term planning before the implementation of the project,and the aboriginal residents should be involved,and the interests of the residents should be put first.It is necessary to continuously develop local characteristic resources and combine with the natural environment to make their tourism characteristics more special.clear.
