This essay applied revised Children and Youth Resilience Measure to make a survey on the relationship between children’s resilience and their self-respect, social support and self-efficacy among 348 migrant children from 11 years old to 14 years old in Beijing. And from the perspective of resilience, it rearranges the ideas in open coding and make a dynamic description for the formation of migrant children’s peer relationship with reasons and conditions--social situation(social phenomenon)--conditions of intervention--interactive strategies--result the basic views required by encode mode. Study in quantity finds that resilience of migrant children is comprehensively in the middle, while difference is appeared distinctly in gender, resilience of girls much higher than that of boys. And the coefficient on self-respect, social support and self-efficacy of migrant children related to resilience are respectively 0.351、0.580、0.522. Multiple regression analysis shows explanatory power of the three factors to resilience in general is 47.4% with self-efficacy the most influential factor. And self-respect and social support exert influence on resilience by self-efficacy, which play a mediating role between these two factors and resilience. Such mediating effect accounts the whole effect for 20.3%. Strengthening resilience of migrant children by improvement of self-respect, social support and self-efficacy are suggested as a solution. Based on this, this essay, in a detailed interview about 9 migrant children, employs traditional manual coding to analyze the information in classification and in situation for showing the dynamic process of formation on peer relationship. The research finds that the risk factors on the formation process of peer relationship include strangeness, their communities environment and their performances and that the protective factors include personality, companies, teachers and parents. Moreover, the formation of peer relationship contains 3 steps: establishment of peer relationship, choice of peer relationship, and maintenance of peer relationship. The ways migrant children adopting when facing the challenge of peer relationship include finding peer sources actively, confronting with the challenge initiatively and improving peer relationship. Study in quantity further tests its conclusion, that is migrant children conform two approaches in the process of formation of peer relationship: self-respect--self-efficacy--resilience; social support--self-efficacy--resilience.
