Campus bullying is gaining worldwide attention,and campus bullying is the most relevant group for bullying in addition to bullies and bullies,so it’s important to study bystander behavior in campus bullying.In order to understand the basic status of social support,self-efficacy,psychological elasticity,the basic state of campus bullying and the behavior of onlookers,and understand the influence mechanism of social support,self-efficacy and psychological elasticity on the behavior of campus bullying bystanders.The study used the Participant’s Role Questionnaire,General Self-Efficacy Measurement Scale,Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale,Understanding Social Support Scale as research tools,and conducted a questionnaire survey of 1,200 students in a city’s primary and secondary schools,using spss,PROCESS and other software for statistical analysis.T results show that:(1)The bystander role behavior played by students in campus bullying has pro-bullying behavior,protector behavior and outsider behavior,and the highest proportion is the protector behavior,while there are significant gender differences and grade differences in bystander role behavior.(2)The results of the study found that there were significant differences in gender and grade of general self-efficacy,psychological elasticity and understanding of social support.At the same time,there are significant differences in bystander behavior in general sense of selfefficacy,psychological elasticity and understanding of social support.(3)The general sense of self-efficacy and psychological elasticity have an intermediary effect between understanding social support and probullying behavior.(1)Understand the direct effect of negative correlation between social support and pro-bullying behavior.(2)Psychological elasticity has a positive correlation effect between understanding social support and pro-bullying behavior.(3)The general sense of self-efficacy has a negative correlation effect between understanding social support and pro-bullying behavior.(4)The general sense of self-efficacy and psychological elasticity have a negative correlation between social support and pro-bullying behavior.(4)The general sense of self-efficacy and psychological elasticity have an intermediary effect between understanding social support and protector behavior.(1)Understand the direct effect of positive correlation between social support and protector behavior.(2)Psychological elasticity has a positive correlation effect between understanding social support and protector behavior.(3)The general sense of self-efficacy has a positive correlation effect between understanding social support and protector behavior.(4)The general sense of self-efficacy and psychological elasticity are a positively related chain intermediary between understanding social support and protector behavior.(5)The general sense of self-efficacy and psychological elasticity have an intermediary effect between understanding social support and outsider behavior.(1)Understand the direct effect of negative correlation between social support and outsider behavior.(2)Psychological elasticity has a negative correlation between understanding social support and outsider behavior.(3)The general sense of self-efficacy has a positive correlation between understanding social support and outsider behavior.(4)The general sense of self-efficacy and psychological elasticity are a positively related chain intermediary between understanding social support and outsider behavior.The conclusions of the study:(1)the behavior of the bullying bystander in the campus is mainly the protector behavior,and there are differences between gender and grade,and(2)there are differences in the perception of social support,psychological flexibility and general sense of self-efficacy in bystander behavior,and there are differences between gender and grade;(3)Psychological elasticity and general sense of selfefficacy have different chain intermediary roles in understanding social support and three kinds of bystander role behavior.In summary,students’ awareness of social support can be promoted by setting up bystander peer support groups,and students’ positive intervention can be promoted,and a guide course on bullying on campus can be held to teach students how to establish the right attitude and measures to improve students’ general sense of self-efficacy.In order to promote students’ active intervention behavior.By improving students’ understanding of social support level and general sense of self-efficacy,it can improve students’ psychological resilience,which can not only promote students to take positive behavior in the face of bullying on campus,but also help students to meet difficulties in their lives and still adapt well.
