In the process of learning a foreign language, Listening tea ching is a very important link. But in the long practice of foreign 1 anguage teaching and learning in colleges and universities, Listening teaching is not taken seriously enough, Also caused the students’ lis tening ability is weak, and actual communication skills is insufficie nt. Korean listening teaching also exists many problems in practice. Combined with practice, analyzing the problems of hearing teaching ma terial of Korea, Finding out the reason of these problems and explori ng the strategies of improvement is very important for the improvemen t of listening teaching quality as well as the students’practical a bility. In addition, transferring film and TV play into listening tea ching also plays an important role in creating a good environment for the Korean teaching, stimulating students’interest in learning and improving the students’ comprehensive utilization ability.Therefore, this article first through the questionnaire survey to select students’ favorite 31 south Korean movies and four south Kore an TV. Then build a corpus using these o-ral Korean language, a total of 220684 section. Next analysis this corpus based on the statistical data. And combine the result with the Korean language teaching materi al published domestically. The research above will be shown through 65 forms in the paper.Firstly Korean general nouns can be divided into entity noun and the non- entity. And these two categories can be divided into several more small classes.Next, in the second chapter the entity noun in spoken language co rpus has been carried on a statistical analysis about the usage and characteristic. Then compare the results with the domestic listening materials corpus with interval determination method to find out their similarities and differences on entity nouns usage.Again, in the third chapter the non- entity nouns in spoken langu age corpus has been carried on a statistical analysis about the usage and characteristic. Then compare the results with the domestic listen ing materials corpus with interval determination method to find out their similarities and differences on entity nouns usage.Finally, in the forth chapter, based on the above mentioned st udy, I put forward the reform plan, which aims at solving the proble ms that exist in our domestic hearing and listening teaching material s. Based on that 44.70% of the general nouns in teaching material cor pus is beyond the standard spoken language corpus’confidence interva 1,35.98% of the general nouns cannot reach the standard spoken langu age corpus’confidence interval, only 19.32% of the general nouns are within the confidence interval, we may safely draw the conclusion tha t, Listening teaching is not only simply education, more we can’t art ificially increase or reduce the vocabulary nouns. We should fully embodies the characteristics of the natives of Korean spoken langu age features. In view of this, in the later hearing teaching material, except the microorganism noun and materials nouns, most of the remain ing nouns should accordingly increase or reduce the frequency, only in this way can better reflect the characteristics of oral Korean.
