Jin Dynasty is an important period in the history of China.The EmperorTaizu of Jin Dynasty established the state, named Great JinDynasty,in1115.The Emperor Taizong of Jin succeeded to the throne upon the death ofhis father, making his every effort to the country, captured EmperorTianzuo of Liao,perished the Liao Dynasty and commanded the army to marchsouth.The Emperor Xizong of Jin made feudalization reforms, on the basisof which, Jin Dynasty went to its peak with the development ofpolitics,economy and military step by step.Han bureaucratic groups from Liao Dynasty,played a very important roleduring the process.Taking the Emperor Taizu、Taizong、Xizong、Hailing of the early JinDynasty as the cases,on the basis of the Han bureaucratic groups duringthe time from Liao Dynasty to Jin Dynasty, this paper tries to give acomprehensive and detailed description of the groups from Liao Dynasty.There are four chapters of this paper:The first chapter is about the formation of the bureaucraticgroups.First of all,this chapter studies the history background of thegroups. Through analysis of historical data,it makes a conclusion thatit is inevitable that most of Han officials from Liao Dynasty and SongDynasty chose to join Jin Dynasty.Secondly,this chapter studies the process and its features of thegroups.There are mainly five ways for the original officials from theLiao Dynasty to join the Jin Dynasty: leaded the army to join the Jin Dynasty, captured by the Jin Dynasty, surrendering to the JinDynasty,obtained to official,requested from Song Dynasty.It isconsidered that the process can be classified into three phases:fromthe year1117to1122, from December1122to1123and from1123to1128.The second chapter makes a research about the native places of thegroups and their official positions and careers. It makes a conclusionon the native distribution characteristics of the groups by analyzingthe development of regional economy and culture. Based on the study ofthe positions, it can be inferred that the original official positionsare higher than those of the last ones in Liao Dynasty.Chapter three does a research in the roles of the groups in the Jinregime. Through the inspection, it knows that the groups plays animportant role on the politics, economy and military, which makes a greatcontribution on the Jin regime.Chapter four studies the status and the change of the groups. Thegovernors of Jin Dynasty adopted a series of policies to pacify the Hanofficials from Liao Dynasty, which worked well. The political positionof the groups in Jin Dynasty changes a lot: from low to high during theThe Emperor Taizong and Taizong years, suffered during the The EmperorXizong years,then rising again in The Emperor Hailing years.In a word, Han bureaucratic groups from Liao Dynasty are active inthe political stage in the early Jin Dynasty, which make a greatcontribution to the development of social politics, economy and cultureof Jin Dynasty.
