| As earlier to accept western music art edification cities in Asia, Taiwan has a unique background music culture, music education development is rapid, musicology department contains 22 universities in vocal music. The current domestic study of vocal music education in colleges and universities in Taiwan is less, only a minority of the article generally introduces the primary and secondary schools in Taiwan music education present situation, the local music teachers’ selection and training policies and other issues, there is no found on vocal music education in colleges and universities in Taiwan specializing in the article.This paper aims to systematically study the status quo of the part of the vocal music education in colleges and universities in Taiwan, through the practice research, in the form of the Taiwan national taichung university of education, national taitung university, national kaohsiung normal university, national Taiwan university of art and furen university, the university of the east China sea six universities of department of music, visiting survey, combined with the conditions of Taiwan’s other college music department collected a large amount of relevant information. Review papers from the historical development of vocal music education in Taiwan, diversification of university enrollment plan, the number of vocal music at Lincoln, undergraduate courses, graduate admissions, institute of degree examination, department of music teachers in colleges and universities, the employment situation of graduates, carding analysis of Taiwan’s vocal music education characteristics, in order to promote cross-strait vocal music education from each other, learn from each other. |
