| The “Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Effectively Strengthening the Aesthetic Education Work of Higher Education Institutions in the New Era"(Teaching Art [2019] No.2)states:Colleges and universities should do well in music education and other majors,guide them to continuously optimize the curriculum system and teaching content,improve teaching methods,and cultivate primary and secondary schools that have a deep educational feeling,a solid professional foundation,the courage to innovate teaching,good comprehensive education and lifelong learning and development capabilities Art teacher.The purpose of this article is to think about how the cultivation of music education talents in Henan comprehensive universities can better meet the needs of basic education.Through surveys and interviews with music teachers in elementary and middle schools in Pingdingshan area,from the perspective of music teachers in elementary and middle schools,the music education majors in universities in Henan area Thinking and analysis of the talent training model,according to the current situation of music education talent training in colleges and universities,put forward the question of the connection between college talent training and basic education,and suggestions on how to better adapt talent training to basic education.This article uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.First of all,study the new curriculum standards of primary and middle school music to clarify the needs of primary and secondary school music education for music talents.Second,survey and interview some of the primary and secondary school music teachers in Pingdingshan area to get more thinking about talent training from the perspective of music teachers Then,based on the talent training of Henan colleges and universities,it puts forward the suggestion of music education professional training to adapt to basic education.This article is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is an introduction,which mainly explains the research background,research significance,literature review and research ideas and methods of the selectedtopic.The second part explains the survey of music teachers in elementary and middle schools in Pingdingshan area.First,it studies the music curriculum standards for elementary and middle schools.Second,it explains the purpose and design of the document survey,how to implement it,statistics and analysis of questionnaires,separate interviews and related conclusions.Demand standards for primary school music teachers.The third part mainly elaborates the training of music education professionals in three universities in Henan.The fourth part,through the demand of primary and middle school talents and the current situation of talent training in colleges and universities,puts forward suggestions on how to adapt the music education talent training in three colleges and universities in Henan to better adapt to basic education. |
