The Relationship Between College Students’ Positive Psychological Capital, Academic Burnout And Academic Achievement

Study on psychologicalcapital amount is negative attention to the humanity, is now more and more attentionfrom the relationship of energy, positive psychology pays close attention to thepositive side, advocate the positive energy. The social competition is becomingincreasingly fierce, burnout phenomenon not only appears in the enterprise, students’learning burnout also deserves attention.In this paper, by querying the psychological capital, academic burnout relatedliterature, found that psychological capital and job burnout and most of the researchfocused on enterprise employees, psychological capital and academic burnoutresearch students, how to maximize the cultivation of College Students’ positivepsychological capital, and thus reduce has the important meaning less burnout. Thisstudy used a questionnaire survey method, based on the analysis of the data, toexplore the effect of demographic variables on College Students’ psychological capital,academic burnout and academic achievement, as well as the relationship between.The results show that:1.demographic variables have certain impact on the college students’psychological capital, academic burnout and academic achievement, whether the onlychild, family location (urban or rural), father’s occupation, mother, father,mother’soccupation degree highest record of formal schooling and family annual income percapita, there were no significant differences in the overall psychological capital, thereare differences in the only the mother’s occupation burnout. In the academicachievement, mother’s occupation and family differences in annual per capita income.To conduct grade, father’s occupation,the highest degree of father mother, differencesin the highest degree and the annual per capita income.2.psychological capital has significant negative correlation with learning burnout,positively related to academic achievement and psychological capital,academic achievement and academic burnout significantly negative correlation.3.psychological capital has significant predictive effect on academicburnout,psychological capital has significant predictive effect on academicachievement.Burnout has significant predictive effect on academic achievement.Burnout in mental capital effect on academic achievement, play a role of medium.
