“word order” refers to the orders of structural components of the grammarstructure.And “the order of words” is the order of the grammatical structure of words.Wordorder is one of the basic constructs of the language.And also an important grammaticalmeans.Russian and Chinese belong to different language families,Chinese mainly relies onword order and function words to express its grammatical meaning.But Russian is an inflectedlanguage,The morphological changes is very wide,Usually it depends on the morphologicalchanges to express the grammatical meanings.therefore,the word order of the Chineselanguage is comparatively fixed while the word order of the Russian language iscomparatively flexible.The overseas students who come to XinJiang are mostly with Russian background,withthe influences of the background language,students appears to have word order errors whilestudying Chinese. So the word order has become the focus and difficulty during the period ofteaching Chinese as a foreign language.In this paper, the Chinese word order and the Russianword order are being compared and studied in a syntactic perspective of simple sentences,thispaper also analysis the word order errors in the surveys of the students of Russianbackground,and then put forward some opinions of studying and teaching.
