Research On The County Government Responsibility Of Ethnic Culture Protection

Due to the constraints of geography, historical reasons, development of economy andstuff, the ethnic culture has been occurring a tendency to be marginalization, that it isimpacted by the overwhelmingly foreign culture under a background of globalization,marketization and informatization, and it’s particularly distinct from the others on the subjectof means of protection and inheritance. Protecting the ethnic culture is an essentialrequirement for the public interests theory and public products theory; meanwhile, it is aninevitable need for the county government to provide the fundamental public cultural service,protecting civilian cultural rights and to execute the administration of regional government.Protecting the ethnic culture will not only carry forward the culture of minority, but alsowould benefit for the progressing of the economy of the racial autonomous region; it fits thebasic request of cultural diversity, but more like a vital move to promote the recognization ofethnic culture and constructing the harmony and prospering of grand china culture.Therefore, the government has to undertake the responsibility of protection,development and enrichment of the ethnic culture. Whereas, the measure of protecting culturebecomes a very important issue for the county government how to act on insisting thescientific development concept and fulfill the regional situation. Hereby, this thesis wouldexample the autonomous county of Daur, specifically analyze the problems and its reasonsabout the protection of its racial culture, which is based on the analysis of the current status ofthe county and via the theoretical briefing of relevant notions, to have a further discussion ofthe feasible policy of the racial regional cultural protection.
