A Preliminary Study On The Undergraduates’ Authoritarian Personality

With the development of science and technology and the construction of marketeconomy,China’s authoritarian personality formation of the family and socialenvironment has changed greatly.On the process,the research has effected by abouttwo thousand feodal arbitrary system and Confucian culture.thus,authoritarianpersonality has gotten further more evolution and confirmation among currentundergraduate.Nowadays,which dimensionality formed undergraduates’ personality?And what characters do the under-graduates’ authoritarian personality have?If the moreauthoritarian level higher,the more tend to take moral way of thinking which use rulesas guiding?These issues not only the main factor of forming the college students’ perfectpersonality,but also the main conduction of constructing serving government, whichhave reality and urgent.On the base of the literatures carding about the study status of authoritarianpersonality at home and abroad,this study got through open questionnaire survey andexpert consultation,and combined with various mental statistical methods,has carried onfour studies in three stages.First of all,on the basis of literatures carding,it surveyedcollege personality.Second,I have worked out an self-made questionnaire about under-graduates’ authoritarian personality.Then,we discussed the structures and actualityfeatures of under-graduates’ authoritarian personality.Finally,we discussed the influencethat current students’ authoritarian personality has on our moral way of thinking.The Following are our findings.Firstly,the structure of authority of collegepersonality questionnaire is constituted by four parts-which are traditional, aggressive,riled and extroversion.Secondly,the level of college students’ authoritarian personality isupper entirely.However,there are great differences in sex.also,there are obvious leveldifferences in authoritarian personality between freshmen and the students who are ingrade three.Actually,the students who work as student cadre and the other who don’texist many differences in statistics.Thirdly,undergraduates who have upper authoritarianpersonality tend to moral way of thinking,which take rules as guiding.while others who have lower authoritarian personality level tend to moral way of thinking which takeresult as guiding.Last but not the least,undergraduates authority personality influence onmoral of thinking has prominent diversity.What’s more,there are no statistics diversityon whether the undergraduate is the only child in family about the influence aboutundergraduate authoritarian personality on moral way of thinking.
