The Moral Personality Of The Modern Conversion

Moral personality is a part of the personality. It is a moral regulation on the reason why he or she is a man. This article begins with multi-explaining the meaning of personality, and gives a brief account of the importance of proposing ethical personality and its meaning under the Chinese cultural background. Personality is not innate, but grows up gradually after mankind leads a life of social morals. It is a dynamic process, which people choose their own moral personalities consciously. In this article there are three patterns of Marxism theories about the development of human and society used to analyze the difficult, complicated course of the development of moral personality under the Chinese cultural background. With the development of society, the lay of the Chinese moral personality becomes a big problem in the social development. Contemporary crisis of moral personality makes its constructing become a urgent need of times. It not only surmounts the close, dependent, conservative regulation of moral personality formed by the Chinese in the agricultural society and natural economy, but also develops the free regulation of personality which is full of general and specific character and fits in with socialism market economy, that is, the regulation of independent moral personality. This kind of regulation emphasizes the general and specific character of the subject, which exists in the relationship among human beings. In a word the independent individualize moral personality requested by the socialism market economy can not be separated from society and collectivity. Only in the collectivity can the general and specific character of moral subject be revealed and realized fully.
