Athoritarian ersonality,also called authoritarianis-m,which is a per-sonality type that is formed with a set of coineracted personality feature-es.this study definates the power as the psychological state when poweris encouraged.Late-ly,researchers start to concentrate on the social sign-ificant of power and authoritarian personality.with the study about powerand moral thinking style continues,some researchers start paying attentionto the relationship between power and moral thinking style and discover-ed that participants can have different moral thinking under different po-wer sense.this study based on the sample chosen from one college inGUIZHOU,is to encourage participants’high power sense and lower po-wer sense by control of power under different circumstances in order toexplore:the impact of power sense on moral thinking;authoritarianisn’simpact on moral thinking.the result are follows after four experiments.1.when participants take the role of non-parties,participants withdifferent authoritarian perso-nality score do not make obvious differenceinchoosing moral thinking.participants with high power sense are subjectto rule-based moral thinking,and participants with lower power sense aresubject to outcome-based moral thinking.2.when participants play the role of the parties concerned,participa-nts with different authoritarian personality score do not make obviousdifference inchoosing moral thinking.both high and lower power partic-ipants are prone to outcome-based moral thinking.3.when participants’moral judgements matters other people’s life asthe parties concerned,participants with differ-rent authoritarian perso-nality score do not make obvious di-fference inchoosing moral thinki-ng.participants with high power sense are subject to rule-based moralthinking,and participants with lower power sense are subject to outcome -based moral thinking.4.when participants’moral judgements matters their own interests asparties concerned, participants with different authoritarian personalityscore do not make obvious difference inchoosing moral thinking.bothhigh and lower power participants are prone to outcome-based moralthinking.
