To survive and prosper in the fierce competition environment nowadays,organizations need to take actions to do reforms and innovations.As a challenging-promotive discretionary behavior,employees’ voice behaviors can not only improve the employee’s working enthusiasm and initiative,but also exerts a favorable effect on the innovation and development of the organizations. As a voluntary extra-behavior, approach motives in the work domain is an important predictor of employee’s voice behaviors.As the governor of the organization,different leadership styles can affect employee’s voice behaviors.In addition, employees’personalities, such as personal integrity, also have some effects on their actions. On the basis of "Person-Context Interaction Theories",we adopt questionnaires to study how authoritarian leadership affect employee’s voice behaviors under the background of traditional Chinese culture.Matching among the supervisor,subordinate and colleague, the 259 questionnaires are collected from some manufacture enterprises. The data is used to investigate how authoritarian leadership affect empolyee’s voice and explore the mediations of employees’ approach motivations in the relationship of "authoritarian leadership-employee’s voice", and the moderation of employee integrity personality. The results showed that:(l) there is a negative impact of authoritarian leadership on employees’ voice behaviors;(2)employee’s approach motivations in the work domain play an mediation role in the relationship of "authoritarian leadership-employee voice". (3)employee integrity personality positively moderates the relations of "authoritarian leadership-employee’s approach motivations".(4)employee integrity personality determine the extent to which employee’s approach motivations accounts for the effect of authoritarian leadership on employee’s voice behaviors.
