With the development of China’s market economy, the employment relationship is alsoprofound changes. The relationship between organizations and individuals become morecomplex, except for the dominant labor contract, psychological contract has becomeparticularly important. Currently, researches focused on the psychological contract in terms ofthe impact on the psychological contract job satisfaction, turnover intention and so on. Butthe studies about the relationship between psychological characteristics and psychologicalcontract is fewer. Some scholars have recognized the psychological characteristics willinfluence the psychological contract. This study after controlling for demographic variablesand self-efficacy impact on psychological contract conditions, study the influence ofemotional intelligence on psychological contract, the research method is questionnairesurvey,questionnaires are "emotional intelligence questionnaire","employee psychologicalcontract questionnaire" and "general self-efficacy questionnaire", the subjects areenterprise employees of Lanzhou Highway Aviation Tourism Co. Ltd and New district inLanzhou, using statistical software and the corresponding statistical methods for dataprocessing, the following research results:1. Enterprise employees’ emotional intelligence better overall health, employees’emotional intelligence in gender, post type, monthly salary, enterprise type exist significantdifferences, emotional intelligence in age, record of formal schooling, marital status, lengthof service does not exist significant differences.2. Enterprise employees’ psychological contract better overall health, psychologicalcontract in post type, monthly salary, enterprise type exist significant differences, in gender,age, record of formal schooling, marital status, length of service does not exist significantdifferences.3. Employees well general self-efficacy, self-efficacy in age, record of formal schooling,post type, monthly salary, enterprise type exist significant differences, in gender, maritalstatus, length of service does not exist significant differences.4. Enterprise employees’ emotional intelligence and psychological contract existsignificant positive correlation, four dimensions of emotional intelligence and dimensions ofthe psychological contract is a significant positive correlation. Enterprise employees’ emotional intelligence is an effective predicted variable of psychological contract,self-regulation emotional dimension of emotional intelligence and using the emotionaldimension of emotional intelligence is an effective predicted variable of organizationalresponsibility dimensions, self-regulation emotion of emotional intelligence, regulation ofothers’ emotions of emotional intelligence and using emotional dimension of emotionalintelligence is an effective predicted variable of employees responsibility dimensions.Finally, this study puts forward the corresponding management advice, emotionalintelligence is an important index of recruitment and promotion, through the educationtraining or help each other between employees or other management methods to improveemployees’ emotional intelligence, thus to improve the psychological contract betweenemployees and enterprises, this provides a certain reference for relevant decision makers.
