With the enacting of Medium and Long Term Plan for Educational Reform and Development as well as Human Resource Development successively in 2010,our national education cause has made great further development.During the developmental processing,our country attaches more and more importance to primary school education.In primary school education,it is not only depended by the student’s own effort,more is critical to the teachers working in front line.As for primary school teachers,both emotional intelligence and leadership could exert an effect on their work,which can be regarded as internal and external factors influencing the normal work.At the same time,there is a close relationship between both of that factors and psychological contract.Amount of the results of foreign research have showed that emotional intelligence can affect the work of the psychological contract,leadership and psychological contract also have close relationship.But currently the study on relationship among emotional intelligence,leadership style and psychological contract mainly focus on management.Scholars have not yet studied the relationship among the emotional intelligence,psychological contract and leader behavior in primary school teachers.Hence,this thesis will discuss the above problems,this study aims to make the survey and get analysis on the relationship of the emotional intelligence,the psychological contract,and leadership behavior among primary school teachers through adopting the emotional intelligence scale compiled by Schutte et al.the leadership behavior scale compiled by Hemphill and Coon,as well as the teachers’ psychological contract scale in Chinese version revised by Wang Chengjie.With effective questionnaire data,using the SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,the results showed that:1.there is significant positive correlation between the dimensions of perceptual emotion,emotional regulation and regulation others’ emotion on emotional intelligence and psychological contract among primary school teachers,but there is no significant correlation between the dimension of emotional expression and the psychological contract in all dimensions.In addition,emotional self-regulation of has a significant predict effect to psychological contract.2.there is significant positive correlation for primary school teachers between the each dimensions of psychological contract and leadership behavior,and the normal dimension has a significant predict effect to psychological contract.
