As the first populous province,every year the number of Henan graduates also remain high,the employment stress of university graduates is increasing,all social circles pay more and more attention to the study of employment stress.The method of this survey is mainly random sample.We tested 750 college students from six universities in Henan.By adopt "adolescent life events scale" by Liu Xianchen,"SCL-90" by Wang Zhengyu,"’college student employment stress questionnaire" by Chen Yuhong,"adult psychological resilience scale" by Yang Lizhuang,and there are 645 effective questionnaires,the collecting rate is 87.2%.The purpose of study is to investigate the situation of life events,mental health level,employment stress and resilience of Henan graduates,then to provide valuable reference information for employment service providers in Henan province.Contribute to college students to alleviate employment stress,and improve mental health and resilience.The results indicated that:(1)The employment stress is in the middle degree of Henan university graduates.(2)The effect of gender,Enrollment,profession,school type,part-time job,family economy level and professional satisfaction on the employment stress of Henan graduates reached a significant level.(3)The impact of Enrollment,professional,part-time and professional satisfaction on the resilience of Henan graduates reached a significant level,but the impact of gender,school type and family economic situation on resilience was not significant.(4)The influence of family economic status on the mental health level of Henan graduates reached a significant level.(5)The life events is positively associated with employment stress,mental health is positively associated with life events and employment stress,the resilience is negatively correlated with life events,employment stress and mental health.(6)The employment stress can be positive predicted quite well by life events and mental health;mental health was partially mediating effect between life events and employment stress.(7)Resilience is the moderating effect between employment stress and mentalhealth. |
