Nowadays, under the country’s big situation of jobs crisis, the medicalprofession, which has more limitations and demands a higher education level insociety,faces with more severe employment situation, therefore, the medicalstudents are confronted with more employment psychological problems. This thesisfocuses on the employment of graduating medical students’ psychology, coping styleand anxiety, and then make some related research, on this basis, we can just helpthem to improve the mental health status during their employment.In this article, we make a survey of this year’s medical graduates in Nanchanguniversity through employment psychological scale, anxiety self-assessment scale,coping styles questionnaire. Then, we get432effective questionnaires of medicalstudents, and202effective questionnaires of other students, through these statisticalanalysis, we can draw the conclusions as follows:(1) the medical students tend to be more positive on coping styles; the medicalstudents are in a mild anxiety levels, and significantly higher than that of the otherstudents;(2) the employment expectation, employment cognition have negativeprediction function to anxiety, employment pressure have a positive prediction effecton anxiety;(3) the coping styles have modulating effects between employment psychologyand anxiety;the coping styles have a regulating effect in employment expectation,employment conception, employment preparation, employment pressure;(4) combing the interview results, we can concluded that the medical industry’srequirements, personal characteristics of medical students, medical teaching modeand parenting pattern, has great influence on medical students’ employmentpsychological, anxiety level.Based on the research results, the thesis puts forward some suggestions fromfour aspects of the government, universities, families and students themselves...
