Clinical Observation Of Decoction Jiangzhihuazhuo On Treatment Of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease With Phlegm Retention Syndrome

Objective: To observe the effect of Decoction Jiangzrphihuazhuo in patients with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease(NAFLD) and phlegm retention syndromeMethod: Sixty patients with phlegm retention syndrome suffering NAFLD were divided into two groups randomly.Group 1 was treated with Decoction jiangzhihuazhuo (n=30) for 3 monthes,and group 2 was treated with Pill Kezhi (n=30)as controlfor 3 monthes. The changes of clinical symptoms, body mass index,blood lipids,liver function,fasting plasma glucose,fasting insuline, insuline resistence indexand liver CT were observed to evaluate therapeutic effect.Result:The total clinical efficacy rate of Decoction is73%,which is as goog as Pill (P> 0.05);The total efficacy rate of traditional chinese medicine symptoms Decoction is 90%,which is better than Pill Kezhi (P<0.05);glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase,total cholesterol,triglyceride, and insuline resistance index were significantly reduced,and elimination rate of fatty liver with medical imaging was up to 20%,All the therapeutic indices were better in Jiangzhihuazhuo group than in the control group (P＜0.05). Body mass index was aslo significantly reduced, there was no significant difference between groups(P> 0.05). Gamma Glutamyl Transpeptidase was’t changed much, the difference between groups was aslo no significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Both Decoction Jiangzhihuazhuo and Pill Kezhi can improve clinical symptom,the liver function,blood lipids and insuline resisitannce index of patients with NAFLD, and improve liver CT results of patients with NAFLD. The clinical effect of Decoction Jiangzhihuazhuo is remarkable and the safety is also good,especially on glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase, total cholesterol, triglyceride,insuline resistance index traditional chinese medicine symptoms.
