Clinical Observation And Mechanism Of The Treatment Spleen Weakness Phlegm Wet Card Of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease With Jianpihuazhuo Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and adverse reactions of JianpihuazhuoDecoction treatment of Spleen weakness Phlegm wet card of Nonalcoholic fatty liverdisease (NAFLD), to valuate objectively its effectiveness and safety of the treatment ofNAFLD.Methods: Selected met the inclusion criteria60cases of outpatients, Were randomlydivided into traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group (Jianpihuazhuo Decoction) and thecontrol group (Shui Linjia)30patients in each Therapy of12weeks in both groupscompared in patients with TCM score, serum markers (ALT, AST, γ-GT)（,TC, TG）, FBG,IRI and Liver B-imaging improve the situation..Results: The statistical analysis of test data, compared with those before treatmentand after treatment, the observation of two groups of indicators have different levels ofstatistical significance (P<0.05or P<0.01). To improve the situation for each indicatorbetween the two groups except serum indicators of liver enzymes improving no significantstatistical difference (P>0.05), varying degrees of TCM group were superior to the controlgroup (P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusions: Jianpihuazhuo Decoction suitable for the Spleen weakness Phlegmwet card of NAFLD, both can guarantee the liver and fall the enzyme, fall the fat and thesugar, can also improve Liver B-imaging and clinical various symptoms. It can be used asa safe and effective treatment of herbal clinical guidance.
