To Explore The Clinical Efficacy Of Ganzhikang Decoction In The Treatment Of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome) Based On "Zhuodu Theory"

ObjectiveBased on the "Zhuodu theory" of Professor Li Diangui,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,this study observed the clinical efficacy of Ganzhikang decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome),and preliminarily evaluated its efficacy and safety.To explore its clinical application value,in order to provide basis and methods for the treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods70 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Gastroenterology of Henan Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from 2020.01 to 2020.10 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to 1:1 by computer random number method.The observation group was treated with Ganzhikang decoction and the control group was treated with silybin capsule.The two groups were given drug therapy combined with life and behavior intervention,the course of treatment was 12 weeks.Through the observation and evaluation of the comprehensive curative effect of the patients before and after treatment,liver fat degree measured by Fibro Scan,serology and TCM symptoms and signs,and using SPASS 25.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,the clinical efficacy of Ganzhikang decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease of phlegm and blood stasis was evaluated.Two months after the end of treatment,the patients were followed up to evaluate their long-term efficacy.Results(1)Comparison of baseline data: the baseline data such as sex,age,course of disease,TCM syndrome score,biochemical indexes(liver function,blood lipids)and imaging index(Fibro Scan)were statistically analyzed.The results showed that P >0.05,there was no statistical difference,which could be compared.(2)Comparison of curative effect index: the TCM syndrome score,biochemical indexes(liver function,blood lipid)and imaging index(Fibro Scan)of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(3)Comparison of effective rate: after treatment,the total effective rate was 85.7in the treatment group and 60 in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Safety observation: there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment,and the safety indexes were normal.(5)Comparison of recurrence rate: follow-up 2 months after the end of the course of treatment,the recurrence rate was 8.6 in the treatment group and 28.6 in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)Ganzhikang decoction can effectively alleviate the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)patients’ clinical symptoms,improve their quality of life;(2)Ganzhikang decoction can effectively improve the the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)patients’ biochemistry and imaging index,and the recurrence rate is low;(3)Ganzhikang decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)was no adverse reaction,small side effects,it’s safety and reliable.
