| The kidney injure which caused by the allergic purpura is called the allergic purpuric nephritis (Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis, HSPN), and the severity of kidney harms decisde the allergic purpura prognosis. The type of hematuria and the albuminuria of HSPN is highest manifestation in clinical, so far it still lacks the unification to the therapeutic schedule, it is currently important for Chinese medicine workers to seek safe and effective therapeutic schedule.The topic-based group has gradually formed the Comprehensive Therapy of Chinese medicine plan of Tripterygium wilfordii multi-glucoside union traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment after experienced clinical explorations many years and accumulated much experience to HSPN.The premenstrual clinical practice proved that this plan have the good clinical curative effect for the children with HSPN. In order to proof scheme curative effect and security, we set up the forward-looking,multi-central and big sample to study stochastically this time.The text contain two parts.The first part is research of theory,which maked detailed discussion about pathogeny, mechanism, therapy and so on. The second part is clinical research. We disport them to two groups according to randomization. One is trial group of 15 cases which be gived the Comprehensive Therapy of Chinese medicine, the other one is controlled group of 15 cases which be gived Western common drug.The preliminary result showed that the albuminuria curative effect,hematuria curative effect and disease curative effect of the Chinese medicine treatment group obviously surpass the western medicine group (P<0.05). the two groups can improve the condition of congeal high of children with HSPN,and the Chinese medicine treatment group has not discovered the serious adverse reactions. Thus it is confirmed that the Comprehensive Therapy of Chinese medicine is effective and safe in children allergy purpuric nephritis, and has further promoted application value.
