The Clinical Study Of Using The Methods Of Clearing Away Heat Cooling Blood And Removing Blood Stasis To Treat The Patients Of HSPN

Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of clearing away heat, cooling blood and removing blood stasis method on hematuria and proteinuria in the Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis patients of blood heat type with blood stasis syndrome.Method:Select40cases Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis of blood heat type with blood stasis syndrome according with the diagnosis index. They were equally divided into two groups(n=20), namely the control group with routine and symptomatic western medicine treatment, and the treatment group added clearing away heat, cooling blood and removing blood stasis on the basis of western medicine. After8consecutive weeks, the changes of urine routine(BLD, Pro, urine WBC, urine RBC) before and after treatment, as well as24hours urine protein quantity (24hUpr), blood routine (WBC, RBC, Pit), renal function (Scr, BUN), liver function (ALT, AST), other indexes and symptom score under the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine were observed.Results:1. Urine routine in the treatment group indicated a better trend8weeks later than before treatment. After treatment, urinary RBC, BLD and Pro in two groups of were statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05).2. The24h Upr in two groups after treatment showed a downward trend of compared with before treatment showed a downward trend, within group comparisons were statistically significant (P<0.05). The difference of the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. The difference of WBC, RBC, Scr, BUN, ALT, AST in two groups, was not statistically significant (P>0.05) before and after treatment. Plt difference had statistical significance compared with before treatment(P<0.05).4. Of all cases in the two groups before and after treatment, difference of symptoms accumulated points under the theory of TCM, has statistical significance (P<0.01). The difference of symptom scores incluing skin suggillation, tiredness, edema, abdominal pain, joint pain, pharynx aridity, scanty dark urine and constipation significant compared between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:1.The clearing away heat, cooling blood and removing blood stasis method can ameliorate urine RBC and BLD in HSPN patients of blood heat type with blood stasis syndrome.2.The clearing away heat, cooling blood and removing blood stasis method can reduce urine Pro and24hUpr in HSPN patients of blood heat type with blood stasis syndrome.3.The clearing away heat, cooling blood and removing blood stasis method can obviously improve clinical symptoms in HSPN patients of blood heat type with blood stasis syndrome, such as skin suggillation, tiredness, edema, abdominal pain, joint pain, pharynx aridity, scanty dark urine, constipation etc.4.The clearing away heat, cooling blood and removing blood stasis method had a safe efficacy without significant side effects and obvious influnce on blood routine and hepatorenal function.
