With the development of economy and the change of people’s life style, people’s health consciousness is further strengthened. Therefore, the cost of health care and health demand is increasing. Health examination and health management business came into being based on the current situation of the disease and the growing health needs of the people. It is a new industry that is designed to help people reduce health care costs and meet the health needs of the people. At present, the size of the market is expanding and the health examination center has been an unprecedented development. Public hospital health examination center has also been an unprecedented development. But limited by its special management system, Public hospital medical center failed to quickly promote and play the best effect as Private medical institutions. Problems encountered in the development leads to the lag of Public hospital medical center.This article uses the case analysis.The article use SSHQ hospital medical center as an example, by PEST, Porter’s Five Forces model and SWOT analysis. Assess the internal and external environment of the physical examination center, and put forward the development strategy should be adopted. Put forward specific strategy implementation plan according to the strategic target. Focus on health management and enhance core competitiveness. The article would provide case reference to medical examination center. In the course of the study also on public hospital medical center and private medical institutions are compared, and discussed the relationship between public hospital medical center and public hospitals, has a certain reference function to the development of public hospitals.
