| ObjectiveTo understand the utilization and evaluation of rural residents for the village clinic in Chongqing, reveal the factors of residents’ satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the village clinic, propose improvements, in in order to improve the service ability and service quality of village clinic.Methods1 Literature research: by searching the VIP, Wan Fang, Chinese HowNet(CNKI) database, searching, sorting and analyzing related books, research reports, government documents and other documents, to understand the concept of village clinic,construction situation,the development trend and the research achievements and progress of similar projects.2 Quantitative analysis: according to the economic and social development of Chongqing, adopted the method of stratified sampling. Based on the division of the core area of the new urban functions of Chongqing,Selecting the core area of urban function,the development zone of urban functional, the urban development new district,the development zone of ecological conservation in northeast of Chongqing from 2015 March to May. Including JiuLongPong, Yu Bei, Dian Jiang, BiShan, Wulong, select 3 towns in each county, 100 rural residents were randomly selected from each township to carry out a questionnaire survey, the questionnaire was designed by ourselves, Including the basic situation of the villagers, Utilization of village clinic, the evaluation of village clinic. The scene by the trained investigators issued a questionnaire, guidance and recovery on the spot, a total of 900 questionnaires were issued, 858 questionnaires were recovered, recovery rate of 95.3%.3 Qualitativeinterviews: according to the interview outline, the purpose of the interview and the information to be obtained, after obtaining the consent of the survey object, randomly selected 5 villagers conducted in-depth interviews, interview face to face, One of them interviewed,the other to record,interview data after review,On the premise of respecting the original information, after the classification is refined into the main points of view and views.4 Results analysis: all data collected using EXCEL for data entry, using SPSS19.0 for statistical description,Chi square test, and then use EXCEL to make the chart, comprehensive utilization management, demography, social psychology and other related knowledge analysis and evaluation. investigation in Wulong county,the results of the survey and the problems found during the investigation were analyzed, in particular, the part of the logic of the questionnaire is not reasonable,all the investigators through rigorous training,unify the evaluation standards and understanding.ResultsFrom the results of the survey, the village clinic utilization situation is good, 98.14% villagers said the village has a village clinic, 89.51% of the villagers said that the nearest medical institutions to the village clinic, 75.29% of the villagers said they would choose the village health room as the first place to visit, but 93.73% of the villagers said they would not continue to choose a hospital in the village health room, the Evaluation of village clinic, 35.2% of the villagers to the village health room overall evaluation for better, 63.4% of the villagers believe that the village health room is the most satisfactory place is away from home, 23.08% villagers said the most unsatisfactory place for the treatment effect.Discussion and suggestionThe utilization of village health room by rural residents in Chongqing city is good, the villagers to the village health room overall evaluation is good, but the evaluation of the technical level and health knowledge is relatively poor. should increase the investment in the village health room, strengthen the training of village doctors, improve the technical level of village health room, Strengthen the propaganda of health knowledge about 5 Quality control: pre survey was conducted before the formal chronic diseases and maternal and child health care. |
