| Objective Through investigating the information of the investigated areas medical services in rural clinics and rural medical practitioners at the scene,to monitor the situation on the health care service provide and utilization,to evaluate the trends of rural residents'out-patient services utilization and the cost of prescriptions at village clinics, to explore the influence of outpatient service and provides policy suggestions for the new rural cooperative medical system. Materials and methods The survey include the 2004~2009 outpatient prescriptions and registers of 4 village clinics in investigated four township areas. Investigated agency information at the scene to collect and extract village health clinic patients in out-patient registration information and treatment and cost of prescriptions.Using the descriptive statistics, a chi-square test and logistic regression to analysis the data. Results (1)Women who between 25~34 year old are more than men because of baby boom. (2)Female in the age group <5 years and >65 years are less than men.(3)Doctor has the highest percentage of the ageing population. (4)Respiratory diseases, digestive system diseases,circulatory diseases, injury and poisoning, skin and subcutaneous tissue diseases and disease of the musculoskeletal system in the village is located the top six in out-patient diagnosis of rural residents disease constitute. (5)Young children for a high proportion of respiratory system disease. Increasing with age, circulation system disease constitutes a proportion is on the rise. In teenagers, the skin and subcutaneous tissue system disease possess high proportion. In the middle-aged group, injury and poisoning possess the higher percentage proportion. Women who in the baby boom stage, the reproductive system diseases possess the higher percentage proportion. (6)The antibiotics, the support and hormones in the body with the use of village outpatient visits had a higher proportion, respectively 41.1%, 28.8%and 9.3%. The number of Chinese traditional medicine prescriptions declined, there was an increase in the application of Traditional Chinese patent medicines.(7)after the NCMS, the use of the antibiotics, the anti-virus and the cortin for whole body decrease and the support increase.(8)The proportion of out-patient drugs increased, antibiotics combined with highlights. (9)The average cost of prescription leaflets maked upward trend overall. The female is higher than the female overall. Conclusions We need to attach important to the out-patient service utilization in young girls, women of childbearing age and old people, pay close attention to the out-patient utilization in common disease, frequently-occurring disease and chronic disease, and improve the health of rural residents, and reduce the cost of prescription. |
