Amniotic membrane as an implant variant which does not cause immune response as the safety of the active substance in recent years is widely used in ophthalmology, dermatology and Orthopaedics. Its application in the these subjects has been confirmed effectively. While the scope of the application of amniotic membrane transplantation in obstetrics and gynecology is smaller. Due to the sample size is less, its application effect in the field of obstetrics and gynecology, especially in the aspect of prevention caused by intrauterine adhesion, which is no summary of related research.
