The Analysis Of Effect About Different Grades Intrauterine Adhesion In The Combined Treatment

Objective:Hysteroscope surgery combined with estrogen is efficient for intrauterine adhesion(IUA).This study is to investigate difference and correlation of efficacy,prognosis and conception in ???b 6 grades intrauterine adhesion treated with the comprehensive methods and comparison of severe intrauterine adhesions after the use of homemade uterine water sac to prevent the recurrence of intrauterine re-adhesions.Methods:251 IUA patients hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University retrospectively analyzed from January 2013 to February 2016,including ? grade(22 cases,8.8%),? grade(56 cases,22.3%),? grade(48 cases,19.1%),IV grade(70 cases,27.9%),Va grade(31 cases,12.4%),Vb grade(24 cases,9.6%).All patients received hysteroscope surgery and different dose of estrogen.Then the efficacy,status of menstruation,re-adhesion and conception of IUA patients were analyzed.Results:The total therapeutic efficacy ratio was 95.7%3 months after treatments(179/187)of unused homemade uterine water sac in 187 cases.The total effective rate was 86.9%(53/61)in 61 patients with ?-?b grade IUA who did not use water sacs,and the total effective rate was 93.8%(60/64)in 64 patients with ?-?b grade IUA treated with water sacs.By chi-square test,187 cases of unused water sacs ?-?b grade patients had significant difference in efficacy,menstruation changes before treatments,menstruation improvements and re-adhesion after treatments(P<0.05).By Linear trend chi square test,the degree of intrauterine adhesion was negatively correlated to efficacy and menstruation changes before treatments,and positively correlated to menstruation improvements and re-adhesion after treatments among 187 cases of unused water sacs ???b grade IUA patients(P<0.05).Normal conception status of ???b grade IUA patients had no significant difference and correlation with re-adhesion degree.There is statistical significance of useing water sac in ?-?a grade adhesion has not recurred.Conclusion:In ???b grade IUA patients received hysteroscope surgery and different dose of estrogen,the adhesion degree is lower than before.The all treatments have advantage of menstruation improvements and re-adhesion.However,the conception status have no significant correlation to adhesion degree in IUA patients.
