Objective:Intrauterine adhesion has become a common gynecological disease, and its incidence has increased year by year.At present, transcervical resection of adhesion is the first choice for the treatment of intrauterine adhesion, but the intrauterine re-adhesion is prone to occur after surgery. Therefore, how to prevent the formation of re-adhesion also affects the therapeutic effect of intrauterine adhesion. This study compared the clinical effects of three different methods to prevent intrauterine re-adhesion,to explore the clinical effect of amniotic membrane transplantation to prevent re-adhesion,in order to provide better treatment options and clinical basis for clinical treatment of intrauterine adhesion. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the case data of 131 patients who underwent hysteroscopy and were diagnosed with moderate and severe intrauterine adhesion at Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2016 to July 2019.All patients underwent hysteroscopic hysterectomy in our hospital, and the follow-up data were complete.According to the methods to prevent intrauterine re-adhesion after surgery, they were divided into three groups: A,B,and C.Group A: amniotic membrane transplantation + intrauterine balloon + intrauterine injection of chitin,30 cases in total,Group B: intrauterine balloon + intrauterine injection of chitin,46 cases in total, and Group C: intrauterine ring + intrauterine injection of chitin,55 cases in total.Through follow-up and statistical analysis of menstrual improvement in 2-3 months after surgery and hysteroscopic hysteroscopy recovery in 2-3 months after surgery,we compared the clinical effects of three different methods to prevent intrauterine re-adhesion.So as to provide theoretical and practical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with moderate and severe intrauterine adhesion. Results:The menstrual improvement and uterine cavity recovery of the three groups were compared. The differences between the three groups A,B,and C were statistically significant(P <0.05).Group A was compared with group B,and group A was compared with group C,the differences were both statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between group B and group C(P> 0.05).It can be seen that the efficacy of group A in terms of menstrual improvement and uterine cavityrecovery was significantly better than that of group B and group C.Conclusion:Amniotic membrane transplantation combined with traditional balloon dilation + intrauterine injection of chitin to prevent re-adhesion after transcervical resection of adhesion is more effective. It can significantly reduce the occurrence of re-adhesion,better maintain the post-operative cavity shape, promote the recovery of menstruation, and improve the quality of life of patients. So it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
