Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy of transcervical resection of adhesion(TCRA)combined with amniotic membrane products in patients undergoing intrauterine adhesions(IUA)and the effect of prognosis of IUA.Methods:We searched MEDLINE,Cochrane Library,Pubmed,EMbase,CNKI,Wanfang data(from January,2000 to September,2017).Randomizes controlled trials(RCTs)and cohort studies were identified. Results:A total of 3 randomized controlled trials and 4 non-randomized controlled trials were included, results of this meta-analysis showed that the menstrual improvement rate in the amniotic membrane group after TCRA was significantly higher than that in the balloon group, and the difference was statistically significant. The recurrence rate of IUA in the amniotic membrane group after TCRA was significantly lower than that in the balloon group, and the difference was statistically significant. And there was no significant difference in the rate of pregnancy and adverse pregnancy outcome between amniotic and balloon groups after TCRA.Conclusion:The use of balloon-coated amniotic membranes for IUA patients after TCRA is benefit for improving menstruation and reduce the incidence of re-adhesion.However,it is not clear that the significance of significantly improving pregnancy rates and reducing the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes is not clear.
