The Clinical Study Of "Tuina Tong Zheng Li" Plus Guidance For Treatment Of Acute Periarthritis Of Shoulder Of Syndrome Blood Stasis And Qi Stagnation

Objective: To observe the recent and long term therapeutic effect of "tuina tong zheng li" plus guidance for treatment of acute periarthritis of shoulder of syndrome blood stasis and qi Stagnation, and to compare the difference between "tuina tong zheng li" plus guidance and acupuncture plus guidance in terms of immediate analgesic, improvement of clinical symptoms and life quality of the patients.Methods: 84 patients with acute periarthritis of shoulder of syndrome blood stasis and qi Stagnation were randomly divided into "tuina tong zheng li" plus guidance group(treatment group, 43 cases), and acupuncture plus guidance group(control group, 41 cases)by SPSS19.0.For treatment group, use "tuina tong zheng li" plus guidance, while the control group was treated by acupuncture plus guidance. Treatment was carried out once a day, and 10 times make up one course of treatment, and all patients were treated for one course. To compare the differences between "tuina tong zheng li" plus guidance and acupuncture plus guidance in terms of immediate analgesic, improvement of shoulder joint functional disorder and life quality of the patients, by using shoulder rating criteria for Reese Michael medical center in the united states of periarthritis of shoulder of syndrome blood stasis and qi Stagnation and visual analogue scales(VAS) as the observation index, and applying statistical processing.Results:(1) The total effective rate of treatment group and the control group were 90.70% and87.80% respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2) After the first treatment, compared patients of two groups for the VAS scores, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); and the VAS scores of the control group were better than that of the treatment group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3) After one course of treatment, by intra-group comparison of shoulder rating criteria for Reese Michael medical center in the united states of the two groups, the scores were significantly improved and there were significant difference(P<0.05), and by comparison of shoulder rating criteria for Reese Michael medical center in the united states between the two groups, there were no significant difference(P>0.05). And for the follow-up period, by comparison of shoulder rating criteria for Reese Michael medical center in the united states between the two groups, the scores of the treatment group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Both "tuina tong zheng li" plus guidance and acupuncture plus guidance are effective for the treatment of acute periarthritis of shoulder of syndrome blood stasis and qi Stagnation,and the instant analgesic effect of acupuncture plus guidance is better than that of "tuina tong zheng li" plus guidance.(2) The long term curative effect of "tuina tong zheng li" plus guidance for improvement of acute periarthritis of shoulder of syndrome blood stasis and qi Stagnation and the quality of the patient life was better than that of acupuncture plus guidance.
