Research On Performance Assessment About Chief Domestic Physicians Of The Thitd Grade A Hospital Based On Structural Equation

The research objective of this paper is the methods of domestic chief physicians’ performance evaluation in the third-level grade-A hospital. By using the concept of SEM(Structural Equation Model), this paper analyzes the methods of domestic chief physicians’ performance evaluation in the third-level grade-A hospital. By selecting the proper performance evaluation norms together with SEM, this paper generalizes and summarizes the relationships of each norm level to find the functions of key norms. And according to the results of SEM,this paper puts forward to the relevant proposals to encourage domestic chief physicians’ working enthusiasm, to increase working efficiency.Firstly, on the basis of collecting the domestic and international present research, it analyzes domestic and international learners’ research methods and results of doctors’ performance evaluation. It defines the relevant concepts of physicians and the contents of performance evaluation, and introduces the structures 、 procedures 、 advantages of SEM and the problems we should pay attention to during applying.Secondly, from the differences between company employers and domestic chief physicians’ performance evaluation in the third-level grade-A hospital, this paper analyzes the unique features of performance evaluation that hospital, as a public department carries out. Then it concludes principles of norms. On the basis of defining the contents, it scientifically and reasonably analyzes and selects all of the norms that are available to domestic chief physicians’ performance evaluation in the third-level grade-A hospital by using investigative questionnaire.Thirdly, on the basis of SEM theory, this paper analyzes the applicability of SEM in physicians’ performance evaluation. This paper also analyzes the samples data from descriptive statistic、and the reliability and validity of scales.It defines every variable in the model, and finds the correlation among each performance evaluation norm according to the results, and tests the models to set up reasonable performance evaluation system.Finally, according to the SEM results, this paper generalizes andsummarizes the norms correlation and puts forward to relevant proposals to domestic chief physicians’ performance evaluation in the third-level grade-A hospital.
