2015 is the year of national health system reform and is also a crucial year of ending the12 th Five-Year and opening 13 th Five-Year Plan.National medical system reform has entered the deep water area.How to effectively promote the reform results,satisfy the government,hospitals,and ordinary people have become urgent problems we need to solve.With the deepening of the medical and health system reform,China's medical market gradually develop to the market-oriented.The springing up of foreign capital,private hospitals and the gradually opening of doctor multi-sited licensed policy have enormous impact on the formation of traditional Chinese public hospitals.This thesis takes the largest public hospital G in Tianjin as the research object.By comparing the data of the hospital G's development and the income of the employees before and after the reform,we systematically describe the actual impact of establishment of performance evaluation system on the various departments and establish the hospital performance evaluation system under the current situation by innovative using the Balanced Scorecard and key performance indicators,combined with the actual situation of the hospital clinical departments.The thesis takes the series of reform initiatives of hospital G as an example.By making rational performance evaluation system,the hospital could promote the sustainable development of the department of hospital,greatly improve the enthusiasm and loyalty of hospital employees,so that we can make the development of the hospital to a positive cycle to achieve the purpose of providing safe,high-quality and convenient medical services for patients.The thesis also describe how the public hospitals to improve hospital staff treatment and patient's satisfaction with medical treatment to adapt to the new model of health care reform and the new normal hospital development by changing its own performance management to provide a good model for the current reform of health care reform.
