Objective: To evaluate the current training situation of clinical medical graduated students in a Medical University(Dalian area)from grade 2016 to 2017,and to explore the contributing factors of the current training objectives and programs by investigating self-evaluation of students, teachers' and related management personnel, and external evaluation of employers. The influencing factors of postgraduate training quality and the equation model of postgraduate training quality evaluation are constructed to provide suggestions and countermeasures for educational reform in the future. Methods: Document research was used to understand the training mode of postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine within the country and abroad.Taking the parallel training of Postgraduates of a Medical University in Dalian as a study example,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the training status of 1040 parallel postgraduates from grade 2016 and 2017 in 17 different specialties in 6 clinical training bases of a medical University in Dalian, each base was given 416,354,146,62,20 and 42 questionnaires separately.Questionnaires are distributed uniformly by trained investigators, and detailed answers are given to the instructions. After completion, the questionnaires are collected uniformly.Epidata 3.1 was used for data entry,SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical analysis,AMOS 21.0 was used for reliability and validity test, model path analysis and adjustment test. Results: A total of 1040 people were surveyed in this study, including 426 males and 614 females.1040 questionnaires were sent out.A total of 940 copies were recovered. The recovery rate was 90.38%.Among them,926 copies were effective and the effective rate was 89.04%.The non-standardized path coefficients of curriculum system and standardized path coefficients are 0.177,0.275 and 0.275 respectively(C.R=5.284,p<0.01).The positive effects of curriculum system on the quality of culture are significant. The non-standardized path coefficients of rotation system and standardized path coefficients are 0.345 and 0.503 respectively(C.R=9.096,p<0.01).The positive effects of rotation system on the quality of culture are significant. The non-standardized path coefficient of the evaluation system is 0.293,the standardized path coefficient is 0.367(C.R=6.614,p<0.01),and the positive impact of the evaluation system on the quality of training is significant;the non-standardized path coefficient of the graduation system is 0.0,097,and the standardized path coefficient is 0.139(C.R=2.386,p=0.02).The positive impact of the graduation system on the quality of training is obvious. The non-standardized path coefficient and standardized path coefficient were 0.933 and 0.844(C.R = 16.344,P < 0.01),respectively.The positive effect of culture quality on the effect of the combined track was significant. The overall average score of parallel track graduate students is 7.82(+1.92).The non-parametric Mann-Whitney U and non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis H test are used to compare and analyze the differences of the data.It is found that there are statistical differences in the scores of different gender, different training bases, different secondary disciplines, different undergraduate colleges, whether one voluntary admission or not,and different ways of admission among the parallel track graduate students(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the scores of different years of admission and whether or not they passed the examinations for practicing physicians.743 people,80.23%,127 people,13.71%,56 people,6.04% disapproved of the implementation of the national unified training system.Among them, there were significant differences in the attitudes of students of different school years, whether they enrolled voluntarily or not,and different secondary disciplines towards the implementation of the national unified training policy(P value is less than 0.05).Conclusion: The curriculum system, evaluation system and graduation system in the training mode of parallel graduate students have a positive and significant impact on their training quality, and the training quality has a positive and significant impact on the situation of parallel training. In addition, among the graduated students with the same track, there were significant differences in the scores of training status among different genders, different training bases, different secondary disciplines, different undergraduate colleges, whether they enrolled by the first voluntarily or not,and different ways of enrollment(P values are less than 0.05,separately).There are significant differences in attitudes towards the training mode of integration in different years of enrollment, different disciplines and whether one volunteer enrollment or not;low homogeneity of training, imperfect curriculum system, lack of theoretical teaching;low financial support, lackage of incentive mechanism, lackage of training of scientific research ability and teaching ability.Homogeneous education should be strengthen in the further time, improve the curriculum system, increase funding guarantee and incentive mechanism, and pay attention to the cultivation of scientific research ability and teaching ability of graduated medical students.
