Objective:To understand sub-health state of ground service staff in Taiyuan and the influencing factors, provide objective and scientific reference for health education for ground service staff in airport and formulation of intervention policies of sub-health. To be specific:(1)Understand sub-health status of ground service staff in Taiyuan.(2)Analyze influencing factors for sub-health of ground service staff in Taiyuan to provide reference for health education and prevention and cure of sub-health for this population.Methodology:This study adopts the method of current research,Select the ground service staff taking part in physical health examination in Taiyuan from November 2015 to June 2015 as objects, make one-to-one interview and fill in questionnaires and sub-health assessment form( SHMS V1.0) to collection information. Arrange and verify the data obtained through questionnaire and sub-health assessment test form(SHMS V1.0) to be input by two persons into Excel 2007 to set up a database. Use SPSS 16.0 statistical software and X2 testing, statistical methods such as two-category Logistic regression analysis, etc. P<0.05 means statistics significance.Result:1. Population characteristics of sub-health state of airport staff:Detected ground service staff in airport with sub-health detectable rate is 41.4%. There were statistically significant differences in the sub-health state of different sex ground staff(χ2=9.596,p<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the sub-health state of different age ground staff(χ2=5.307,p<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the sub healthy state of different jobs ground staff(χ2=8.217,p<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the sub-health state of staff of different degree ground(χ2=21.123,p<0.05)。2. The sub-health status of airport ground staff:Average score for sub-health of ground service staff in airport is(78.14±12.02), average score of physiologic sub-health and psychological sub-health, social sub-health are respectively(77.41±13.71)、(77.67±14.41)and(79.47±15.93). The average scores of mild sub-health, moderate sub health and severe sub health were(75.24 + 2.70) 、(67.21 + 3.36) and(58.47 + 1.87). The sequence of dimensions in the order from high to low is: body’s motion function, social adaptation, positive emotion, cognition function, social resource and social support,psychological symptoms, organ functions, energy, body symptom.3. Influencing factors of sub-health state of airport staff: Analysis on single factors of sub-health of ground service staff shows that:smoking(OR =1.689,95%CI=1.168-2.443),drinking(OR =2.047,95%CI= 1.432-3.004), physical exercise(OR =0.622,95%CI=0.430-0.899), sleep time(OR =0.359,95%CI= 0.242-0.530), sleep duration(hours / day)(OR =2.029,95%CI= 1.582-2.602), whether staying up late(OR =2.922,95%CI=1.990-4.291), whether having breakfast(OR =1.644,95%CI= 1.377-2.002), special diet habits(OR =1.759,95%CI= 1.211-2.556), satisfaction over work environment(OR=0.357,95%CI= 0.245-0.522), work pressure(OR =1.538,95%CI= 1.046-2.262), average everyday work duration(OR =3.365,95%CI= 2.258-5.014), satisfaction over occupation(OR =0.456,95%CI= 0.313-0.664). Logistic regression analysis shows that,sleep point≥23:00(OR =1.824, 95%CI= 1.174-2.834), sleep duration<6 hours(OR =2.419,95%CI= 1.518-3.856), not having breakfast(OR =2.252, 95%CI= 1.465-3.463),dissatisfaction over work environment(OR =1.772,95%CI= 1.159-2.709), dissatisfaction over occupation(OR =1.132,95%CI= 1.101-2.673),having work pressure(OR =2.103,95%CI= 1.671-3.812) are the major dangerous factors influencing sub-health.work duration(hours / day)≤8hours(OR =0.456, 95%CI= 0.293-0.709)is the protection of the health of ground staff sub-health.Conclusions:1. Detectable rate of sub-health for ground service staff in airport is 41.4%, Security staff, 40 years old the following staff, male staff, bachelor degree or above staff sub health is relatively heavy. The relevant departments to deal with sub-health emphasis in the futurepeople to carry out targeted, individualized health prevention and intervention measures.2. In the future, we should strengthen the health behavior and the life style education and take appropriate intervention measures, improve the physical function status of the airport ground staff.3. Sleep point ≥23:00, sleep duration<6 hours, not having breakfast, dissatisfaction over work environment, dissatisfaction over occupation and existence of pressure influence sub-health of ground service staff in airport obviously. work duration(hours / day)≤8hours is the protection of the health of ground staff sub-health. In the future, we should strengthen the enterprise culture construction, add the professional role adaptation to and education, dedication, explore more reasonable employment system, improve the working environment, reduce the effect of related factors on the airport ground staff sub health.
