Objective:Through the investigation of the Wuhan Guangzhou high-speed railway train High-speed Rail existing cab work environment and Guangzhou locomotive depot of the high-speed railway locomotive crew medical conditions, mental health, work ability and fatigue analysis, whether the high-speed railway train locomotive room environment in accordance with the relevant regulations, to understand the physical health status, crew member of the high-speed railway locomotive mental health, work ability and fatigue, thus put forward the scientific and reasonable precaution sand ensure traffic safety to provide reference for the improvement of working conditions, the high-speed railway locomotive crew.Methods:10randomly selected vehicles monitoring of Wuhan Guangzhou high speed Railway Changsha south of Guangzhou to the south of CRH2and CRH3type high speed railway locomotive cab environment, main monitoring index of microclimate, noise, electromagnetic radiation, electromagnetic field, toluene, benzene, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, two concentration of reparable particulate matter and colony the total number of. Using cluster sampling method to select the locomotive depot of Guangzhou all high-speed railway locomotive crew of170men as the research object, use the stratified sampling method to select284male ordinary train locomotive crew for the control group, the high physical examination data were analyzed; the filling method of writing questionnaire survey on health status, the mental work ability and fatigue, the questionnaire used for the symptom checklist90(SCL-90), work ability index (work ability index, WAI),fatigue assessment instrument (fatigue assessment, instrument, FAI). Using SPSS13.0to analyze the data using statistical methods, to have t test, variance analysis, chi square test, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression.Results:(1) To detect the high-speed railway locomotive cab environment, test results showed that the microclimate, noise, electromagnetic radiation, electromagnetic field, toluene, benzene, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, reparable particulate matter concentration detection of total colonies and the results are in accord with the relevant national standards. (2) Physical examination data of high speed railway locomotive crew and ordinary railway locomotive crew were analyzed, the top3are abnormal ECG, fatty liver and high uric acid; regression analysis was carried out to study the prevalence High-speed Rail seniority and various diseases, by the analysis results in abnormal ECG and refractive error and visible other disease increased with increasing length of the prevalence of the disease is on the increase; there was no difference between the locomotive drivers common rail high-speed railway and locomotive crew BML(3) The crew high-speed railway locomotive SCL-90total scores and factor scores were higher than the ordinary railway locomotive crew, and with increasing length of High-speed Rail high-speed railway locomotive crew SCL-90factor scores and factor positive rate was increased by using multiple linear regression analysis, age, marital status, family income, the average monthly movements, hobbies, locomotive driving age, seniority, educational level High-speed Rail driving, smoking, drinking and other factors on the SCL-90score, finally entered the regression equation were High-speed Rail age, smoking status, alcohol use, educational level and age; high speed railway locomotive crew working ability, good, excellent in the proportion of lower than ordinary railway locomotive crew, evaluation, subjective ability of locomotive drivers of high-speed railway and work ability to work, now suffer from disease, disease effect on work and mental health factor scores were lower than that of ordinary railway locomotive crew, and the crew of the high-speed railway locomotive the total score of WAI was lower than the ordinary railway locomotive crew WAI score, alocomotive driving age, smoking, drinking Have influence, cultural background and age of high speed railway locomotive crew’s WAI score; FAI factor scores of high-speed railway locomotive crew and ordinary railway locomotive crew to carry on the analysis, S, SS and PC locomotive drivers common rail high-speed railway and locomotive crew factor score was statistically significant, and the each factor for high speed railway locomotive crew scores were higher than the ordinary railway locomotive crew, high-speed railway locomotive crew working in different High-speed Rail all factor scores of FAI, and with the increase of each factor score High-speed Rail seniority also increased.
