The Existing Circumstance Research And Influencing Factors Of Locomotive Driver Occupational Burnout

Objective To understand the situation of the health status and occupational burnout by the locomotive driver of the occupational health physical examination and the occupational burnout questionnaire survey. To discover the relationship between the health status and job burnout and to find out the impact of factors in order to reduce and control the locomotive crew burnout risk factors and improve their quality of life, the protection of train traffic safety.Method The study was conducted by cross-sectional study. The information was collected by a self-administered questionnaire, occupational health examination and interview. Census was used by the questionnaires and the occupational health examination and stratified sampling was used by the interview. At last, Epidata3.1and Excel was applied to input data.The effective data was analyzed with SPSS17.0.Result (1) The occupation-burnout average score of the four branch was73.44±23.06.The number of Guangtong shop were394and the average score was75.63±20.75. The number of Yiliang shop were69and the average score was68.96±25.13. The number of Kaiyuan shop were120and the average score was70.07±21.51. The number of Kunming shop were394and the average score was73.33±23.65. According to the statistically analysis, there was significant difference between the Guangtong and Yiliang (P=0.005).(2) Multiple line regression showed that the main factors were the pay-influence(b=14.80, b’=0.66, including extrinsic effort, work-family conflict, life stress, overcommitment, mental health and physical health), the return-situation (b=-3.60, b’=-0.16, including the ratio of pay-return, reward),the own working conditions (b=-3.18, b’=-0.14, including working age, age, professional title).(3) the occupational health check-up:there are a certain proportion of respondents is unqualified in occupational health check-up and abnormal rate of blood pressure is high.Conclusion The occupation-burnout situation of the whole Kunming railway bureau is the more serious. The main infected factors of the job-burnout are the pay-influence, the return-situation and the own working conditions; In occupational health exam, the prevalence of hypertension is high.Recommended According to the occupational hazards factors pathogenic-model, a series of targeted proposals and measures was proposed which is that suggesting relevant departments to care locomotive crew more, locomotive crew’s own decompression (for individual characteristics factors), using the Herzberg Motivator-Hygiene theory, improving working environment, adjusting the labor organizational arrangements, increasing the fun in preparation classes and classes(for the occupational hazards),adjusting the job hours or arranging more the locomotive crew to collaborate(for the conditions of action).
