Research On Correlation Between Emotion Factors Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Personality Characteristic For Infertility Patients

Objective:Use the epidemiology group research method,explore the relationship between infertility patients psychology,sprit state and personality characteristic with different TCM syndrome, through traditional Chinese medicine psychology to know about hypertension and provide clinical material.Method:1,To investigate 122 patients with the selfmade questionnaire,symptom checklist(SCL-90),Eysenck personality Questionnaire(EPQ),and 102 healthy people were included in normal control group.2,122 infertility patients that accord with standard are diviede to different groups of syndrome type.3,Analyze those groups of syndrome type with emotion factors of TCM and personlality characteristic,explore the distribution and law.Results:1,The spread of 122 infertility patients in syndrome type:stagnation of liver-qi type (60/122,49.2%);renal deficiency type(34/122,37.9%);yu zu baogong type(16/122, 13.1%);phlegm dampness retention type(12/122,9.8%).2,Total score of SCL-90 for case group is much higher than control group(P＜0.01), factor scores of compulsion symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,rivalry,paranoid disorders of the total,which had significant difference compared with control group (P＜0.01).3,The dimension scores about E(introversion and extroversion),N(neuroticism or emotionality) of the case group in EPQ are higher than control group(P＜0.01).4,Total score of SCL-90 of case group has no significant deviation(P＞0.05 )between the renal deficiency type and the phlegm dampness retention.but the rest group comparison have statistical significance(P＜0.01 ).5,There was no significant difference(P＞0.05 ) in the somatization,rivalry,paranoid ideation,psychotic between every syndrome-type of case group;but in the compulsion symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,fear there was significant difference (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).6,Every syndrome-type of case group compared with the P(the spirit),L(disguise) dimensions all showed no significant difference(P＞0.05);but with the E(introversion and extroversion),N(neuroticism) dimension,there was significant difference(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).7,SCL-90 total average scores between the different courses of case group had more statistical significance(P＜0.01);SCL-90 total average scores and P,E,L three dimensions had no significant difference(P＞0.05),but N(nervous) dimension with significant differences(P＜0.01).8,Primary infertility patients compared with secondary infertility patients in the SCL-90 total score,EPQ various dimensions average score had more significant difference(P＜0.01).9,SCL-90 total scores of infertility patients was positively correlated with age,the age of marriage,childless life,with the occupation,education level was negatively correlated; with the number of treatment,treatment costs there was no significant associated.10,SCL-90 scores of infertility patients had a significant positive correlation with the P (the spirit of),N(neuroticism) dimensions of EPQ;and which had significantly negative correlation with E(introversion and extroversion) dimension,but there was no significant correlation with the L(disguise) dimension.Conelussion:1,Stagnation of liver-qi type and renal deficiency type are the main syndromes of infertility patients,and negative mood is heaviest.It is responded that sterility patients psychology overall change to a certain extent.2,The infertility patients'emotion is unstable,such as depression,anxiety,fear pulsion symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,and has the high nervous personality characteristic.Therefore carries on the body treatment at the same time,it is necessary pointed to carry on the psychological intervention.3,The sterility woman has the different individuality characteristic in different syndrome type of TCN,but negative mood's occurrence concerns with its individuality characteristic.4,Along with sterile course's increase,the pressure of infertility patients is heavier,not only the influence physical and moral integrity,also affects and changes their individuality characteristic.5,The age,the marriage age,the sterile age limit,the occupation,and the years of schooling have related as sterility's original influence factor and the infertility patient psychology mood. 6,Emotion factors of TCM is one of sterile substantial clauses,which leads to infertility. The obvious negative psychological mood may aggravate sterility patient's each kind of body symptom,and has related with theirs individuality characteristic change.7,Is is not allow to neglect that the function of emotion factor of TCM in clinical dialectical divides and the course of TCM treatment for the infertility patients.Therefore, develops the mental hygiene and the psychology consultation to the sterile woman is necessary.
