With the development new urbanization more and more rural men from rural areas to urban. Meanwhile, with increasing responsibility, more heavy burden on them, such as increasing the labor intensity, the spirit of extreme tension, the rapid decline in a sense of security, a sharp decline in physical fitness.Maslow once said people only if they meet the basic needs of the post, will produce more advanced needs.Health as a basic need for everyone, if not met, then she will be no power struggle. So promote the continuous development of village stay to guard women, creative building a new countryside. First,we must solve their health problems. I believe that health education is the most effective way to ensure that village stay to guard women in access to health, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of health education, form an ordered set of mechanisms organization is indispensable, because safeguard mechanism for health education awareness and compliance with the law, science implementation of health education, the smooth realization of village stay to guard women’s health education goals of great benefit.However, analyzed the literature and field investigation,we found that there is no formation of a sound system of rural health education guarantee women left behind. Therefore, in order to help village stay to guard women to solve health problems, promote the continuous development of new rural areas, research on rural retaining women’s health education safeguard mechanism is of great significance.Through analysis Sichuan village stay to guard women in the current health status,health status of education as well as health education safeguard mechanism, according to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and asymptotic theory,getting Sichuan Province Rural Rear Women’s Health Education Security Mechanism Problems and timelyrecommendations for reform and improvement of rural women left behind in Sichuan Province health Education safeguard mechanism.Thus, this paper is divided into four parts: The first part of the study of health education of village stay to guard women to protect the need for mechanisms, including: the development of women left in rural areas to promote sound personality, left in rural areas to ensure that the exercise of women’s rights, accelerate the pace of new rural construction. The third part is mainly found in rural Sichuan Province left-behind women health education safeguard mechanism problems and cause analysis.Issues: legal and policy documents of the beneficiaries is not clear,the leadership system is not perfect, the division of labor is not clear, the lack of cooperation, funding small, single channel, health education, inadequate staffing, low level of professionalism, lack of health education environment protection. Causes include: government for rural women left behind lack of knowledge management system is not complete, low participation of community groups, health workers lack incentives and penalties education. The fourth part is the reform and improvement of rural women left behind health education safeguard mechanism, including the principles and recommendations. Principles which are: scientific principle, efficiency principle,the principle of economy, targeted principle, the principle of inheritance and innovation.Further recommendations include: the legal protection as a fundamental policy to improve the text, in order to protect the material basis to increase funding for the organization of security as the key to improve the management system to safeguard human focus on strengthening the training of qualified personnel, content security as the key to stimulate interest in learning, improve the participation rate; and resources security as the point to ensure the diversity of teaching methods.
