The right to health includes not only to timely and appropriate health care but also to the underlying determinants of health, such as access to safe and potable water and adequate supply of safe food. States are under the obligation to respect the right to health, to protect the right to heath and to fulfill the right to health. The measures to implement the right to health will vary significantly from one State to another. But it is necessary for each State to take whatever steps to ensure that everyone has access to health facilities.Farmers who are the vast population in our country, and their right to health are in a disadvantage for a long time. As a large agricultural country, it is necessary for us to protect the health of farmers. It is an important aspect of a harmonious society.
