Objective: Through retrospective analysis for 413 cases of salivary gland tumor disease, a preliminary understanding of Qinghai region of salivary gland tumor disease incidence, composition ratio, pathology, etc., for the disease in the preliminary studies fill in the blanks in the region, and further for the prevention of the disease in the region and provide valuable basis of diagnosis and treatment of the data..Methods: Collected from January 2010 to December 2014 in Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital during dental surgery hospital treatment of salivary gland tumor disease patients were retrospectively investigation and study. Results:(1) he onset age of salivary gland tumor minimum 10 year old, maximum age of 85, the average age of 47.8±15.9 years old. Patients with salivary gland tumors found in 30 to 60 years old, the composition of benign and malignant tumors of different age groups exist significant differences, and as we age, the composition of malignant tumors than inc Trease.(2) Male patients 184 cases, 229 cases of female patients, male to female ratio of 1:1. 24. Different gender in benign and malignant salivary gland tumors constitute no difference.(3) Han patients with total salivary gland diseases group in the region, most of the 345 cases, accounting for 67.5%, followed by Tibetan and hui, fewer patients with other ethnic groups. Different ethnic groups in benign and malignant salivary gland tumors constitute no difference.(4) Salivary gland tumors in the region mainly in parotid gland, followed by the submandibular and sublingual gland, and small salivary glands in the minority, including jaws most common tumor.(5) Of 413 patients with salivary gland tumor, benign tumor accounted for 405 cases, constitute more than 79.26%, accounting for the first one is mixed tumor. Malignant tumor, 106 cases, accounting for 20.74%, accounting for the first one is mucous epidermoid carcinoma. The smaller the glands, the greater the proportion of malignant tumor.(6) Risk using the chi-square test, compare and common salivary gland tumors, the onset of different parts of benign and malignant salivary gland tumors, inspection results as follows: P < 0.05, there is statistical significance, the happening of the onset of parts different tumors have differences. Visible good hair at different parts of the tumor, and the same situation in different parts of the tumor also have differences. Conclusion:(1) The Qinghai region patients with salivary gland tumor in 30 to 60 years old, han majority patient,,as we age, increase the proportion of patients with malignant tumor;(2) Between different ethnic and gender make no difference between benign and malignant tumors.(3) Salivary gland benign than in malignant tumor, occurs in parotid and submandibular gland, small salivary gland tumors are mainly distributed in palatine gland.The most common salivary gland benign tumors were mixed tumor and Warthin’s tumor, mucous epidermoid carcinoma and adenoid cystic carcinoma is the most common malignant salivary gland tumors. The smaller the glands, the greater the proportion of malignant tumor.(4) The disease characteristics of salivary gland tumors are no difference compare with other districts.
