Objective:To analyze the correlation between various subtypes of human papillomavirus(HPV)and cervical cancer in Tibetan,Han and Hui nationalities in Qinghai,and to identify the main types of cancer caused by HPV in Tibetan,Han and Hui nationalities.The screening of cervical cancer by Han and Hui nationality provides the basis for the early prevention and treatment of cervical cancer,and finally provides a biological method,index and basis for the diagnosis and prognosis of cervical cancer.Methods: A total of 350 cases of cervical cancer patients were diagnosed in the pathology of Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital,Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital,Qinghai Red Cross Hospital,Tibetan,Han and Hui nationalities in the past 3 years(2015.5-2018.5).Twenty-one HPV subtypes were detected by using the rapid nucleic acid hybridization gene chip technology of medical nucleic acid molecules.The subtypes,age,ethnicity,birthplace,and marriage history of HPV in patients with cervical cancer of different nationalities were recorded.The total infection rate of HPV,the infection rate of different subtypes,the ranking of different subtypes in different ethnic groups and the composition ratio of each age group were calculated.Results:1.Qinghai area:the age distribution of Tibetan cervical cancer patients was: 50.1±12.2 years old;the age distribution of Han cervical cancer patients was 50.6±11.0 years old;the age distribution of Hui cervical cancer patients was 51.1±10.0 years old,each There was no statistical difference between the ages of the groups(P>0.05),which can be compared.2.The HPV infection rates of Tibetan,Han and Hui cervical cancer patients in Qinghai were 87.5%,85.6% and 92.9%,respectively.The HPV infection rate was not statistically different among ethnic groups(P>0.05).3.In the Tibetan,Han and Hui cervical cancer patients in Qinghai,the single infection rate,the composite infection rate,the high-risk infection rate and the low-risk infection rate were not statistically different among the ethnic groups(P>0.05).The first two of the high-risk HPV infection subtypes in the cervical cancer patients in Qinghai are HPV58 and HPV16.The latter three in Tibetan cervical cancer patients are: HPV53,HPV33,HPV39;the latter three in Han cervical cancer patients For: HPV33,HPV39,HPV53;the last three in Hui cervical cancer patients are: HPV33,HPV53,HPV39,HPV16 subtypes are statistically significant among ethnic groups(P<0.05),further comparison between two groups,Han nationality The HPV16 subtype infection rate was different from that of Hui cervical cancer patients(P<0.017).There was a difference in HPV16 subtype infection rate between Tibetan and Hui cervical cancer patients(P<0.017).There was no statistically significant difference among other subtypes among ethnic groups.5.The age composition of Tibetan and Hui cervical cancer patients is the largest in the proportion of 40-49 years old,and the age composition of Han cervical cancer patients is the largest in the 50-59 years old.Conclusion: 1.In this study,the HPV infection rate in patients with cervical cancer is lower than that reported in the literature(the international and domestic data on HPV infection rate in cervical cancer patients is close to 100%),considering the reasons: cervical cancer patients have more vaginal bleeding when taking materials.The effect of tissue necrosis does not rule out the possibility of deviation from previous big data.2.High-risk infections in single-type infections in Tibetan,Han and Hui cervical cancer patients are relatively high,consistent with previous literature reports.3.In this study,the ranking of high-risk HPV subtype infections in Tibetan,Han and Hui nationalities is different from other literature reports,which may be related to the special geographical environment and living habits of Qinghai,which is for cervical cancer in women of childbearing age in Qinghai.The choice of vaccine has reference value.4.The total infection rate of HPV58 and 16 in Hui cervical cancer patients in Qinghai reached 92.4%,suggesting that in the prevention of grade I prevention of cervical cancer in Hui women,the prevention of HPV58 and 16 subtypes should be emphasized.5.The high-incidence age group of Tibetan and Hui nationality is earlier than the Han nationality.The reason may be related to the early marriage age of Tibetan and Hui people,early sexual life and prolific history.
