The Method Of Nourishing Kidney And Removing Toxin For The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease 3-5 Of The Clinical Observation

Purpose:Observing the method of nourishing kidney and removing toxin for the treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD) 3-5 of the clinical curative effect, clinical treatment of non dialysis patients with CKD in order to provide an effective treatment and solution.Methods:By consulting chinese and western medicine treatment of CKD literatures, summarizing tutor method and experience of treatment of CKD,used oral decoction for nourishing kidney and removing toxin (or) combining with Shen kang shuan into anus as treatment options.Collected 61 cases of patients without dialysis CKD3-5, according to the proportion of 2:1 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,giving treatment group foundation treatment and kidney detoxification decoction and control group foundation treatment and syndrome differentiation detoxification.Use both before and after the treatment of symptom integral and laboratory indexes to evaluate and analyze curative effect.Result:1.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral:Treatment group before treatment of integral is (15.12±9.25),after treatment of integral is (6.54±5.42),control group before treatment of integral is (15.60±7.00),after treatment of integral is (7.83±4.83),two groups both before and after the treatment,have significant statistical difference(P< 0.01),according to the different stages of CKD treatment,also have significant statistical difference(P< 0.01),explained that the treatment group and control group therapy can significantly improve symptoms.2.Renal function indices:(1)Treatment group compared with control group both before and after the treatment,treatment group before treatment of Scr was (266.09±136.76)μmol/L,treatment group after treatment of Scr was (239.88±146.77)μmol/L,P<0.01,meaned the Scr level of treatment group dropping obviously.Treatment group eGFR before treatment was (32.20± 14.04)ml/min and after treatment was (39.02+18.24)ml/min,P<0.01,meaned that eGFR rising obviously.(2)Treatment group CKD3 before treatment of Scr was (175.21±48.81)μmol/L and after treatment was (153.99±52.98)μmol/L,P<0.01,CKD4 before treatment Scr was (292.62±45.41)μmol/L and after treatment was (254.63±73.80)μmol/L,P<0.05,that meaned CKD3 Scr declining obviously and CKD4 Scr declining slightly. Treatment group CKD3 before treatment of eGFR was (43.16±8.37)ml/min and after treatment was (51.49± 13.40)ml/min,P<0.01,CKD4 before treatment eGFR was (23.58±3.91)ml/min and after treatment was (30.90±8.5l)ml/min,P<0.01 also,meaned both CKD3 and CKD4 of eGFR rising obviously.3.The clinical total effective rate:Treatment group total effective rate was 85.37% and the control group was 62.07%, made chi-square test between two groups and had difference(χ=4.891, P<0.05)meaning that treatment group curative effect is better than control group.Conclusion:Using the method of nourishing kidney and removing toxin treatments for CKD3-5 has good curative effect, can significantly improve symptoms, improve patient quality of life, patients with stable or even lower Scr levels, delay the progress of renal function, is worth further research to explore.
