Purpose:To evaluate the detection of PCA3, hk2, miR-141 mRNA in peripheral blood of patients received prostate biopsy.Methods:100 patients were divided into two groups (BPH 57 and prostate cancer 43) according to the results of pathologic diagnosis. Quantitative Real-time PCR were used to evaluate the mRNA of PCA3, hk2, miR-141, KLK-3, TMPRSS2:ERG in peripheral blood of different groups. In the same time, analyze those clinical outcomes used in the patients. We compared these different outcomes to evaluate the value of new molecular markers. Results:The level of PCA3, hK2 and miR-141 in prostate cancer were significantly higher than in BPH. And the combination of PC A3, PSA and hK2 improved AUC-ROC largely. Especially those with PSA 4-10ng/ml.Conclusion:PCA3, hK2 and miR-141 were early diagnostic marker of prostate cancer with potential clinical application value, especially in patients with PSA gray area. What’s more, the combination of PC A3, PSA and hK2 could be important diagnosis method. |
