ObjectiveTo research and analysis the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive acupotomy treatment under arthroscopy in curing the knee arthritis in goutyMethodsSixty patients were studied from June 2014 to December 2015 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rheumatology ward hospitalization who’s in gouty knee arthritis acute onset (meet the diagnostic criteria, inclusion and exclusion criteria standard). They were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients,30 cases in the control group. Male 54 cases,6 females; ages from 26 to75 years old, mean age 53.78 ± 12.34 years. The control group was treated with celecoxib capsules, tablets allopurinol, sodium tablets in the treatment, the treatment group therapy based on the uplink knife minimally invasive arthroscopy observed for 1 week. Before selecting treatment was observed after 7 days treatment of a patient VAS scores; before selecting treatment observed in patients with knee function Lysholm score 1 week time point after treatment, serum uric acid, C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, were compared scores before and after treatment of the indicators, the results between the use of self controlled and the control group and statistical analysis (SPSS19.0 statistical software).ResultsAccording VAS score, Lysholm score, serum uric acid, C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate showed minimally invasive endoscopic knife drug treatment by drugs alone gouty knee, treatment and control groups in the group, the control-treated group VAS scores before and after, C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, Lysholm score changes were significant differences (P<0.05), serum uric acid within the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05) before and after treatment, the control group between serum uric acid before and after treatment was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Postoperative follow-up of patients relapse frequency display treatment group than the control group.ConclusionThrough observation and comparison, both two treatment can can relieve pain, swelling, improve knee function and promote acute inflammation index decreased. However, using the minimally invasive acupotomy treatment under arthroscopy, not only can quickly relieve pain and promote improved knee function, effectively reduce the frequency of recurrence better efficacy compared to drug therapy alone. It is a kind of treatment which is safe and effective, simple, rapid postoperative recovery and other advantages. It is worthy of further promotion and application.
