| Objective:To comprehend the relationship between epidemiological characteristics and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome factor distribution of male methamphetamine addicts, and for providing basic data for the prevention and treatment of methamphetamine work in traditional Chinese medicine.Method:To carry out epidemiological investigations from 199 methamphetamine addicts from Fuzhou Zexu voluntary drug rehabilitation centers and Fuzhou Police compulsory rehabilitation centers during 2014 and 2015 by using Drug Addiction TCM PRO Scale, which includes sociodemographic characteristics, behavioral characteristics and history of drug abuse, sexual contact features, social relations and other related factors. Using syndrome factor differentiation method of extracting TCM elements to collect four diagnostic information. And using the Spearman correlation method analysis the correlation between epidemiological features and elements in TCM on this basis.Result:1. Epidemiological characteristics:(1) The average age of voluntary drug treatment group (30.26 ± s7.074) a is smaller than Police Force group (34.92 ± s8.457) a little; levels of education is mainly junior high school, and Voluntary Rehabilitation groups is higher; the married rate in Voluntary Rehabilitation group is higher than Police Force group; the jobless rate in both groups is given priority to no fixed occupation, and business personnel proportion is higher in Voluntary Rehabilitation group while the unemployed in the Police Force group.(2) The shortest term of drug taking is la, while up to 20a in Voluntary Rehabilitation groups and 23a in Police Force group. The age of taking drugs for the first time in Voluntary Rehabilitation group is (24.49 ± s6.853) which is little than Police Force group that is (29.35 ± s8.768)a. The way to taking drugs mainly lies by mouth and smoke tube, and the rate of mouth one proportion (62.8%)is higher in Voluntary Rehabilitation group, while rate of smoke tube posses a large proportion(53.7%)in Police Force group.(3) The reasons of drug abusing are mainly due to curiosity, lure and vanity and reusing drugs result from drag abusers influence and elimination of annoyance.Relapsing time in Police Force group is polarized, the 50.4% in three months and the 28.1% one year later, both are higher than the Voluntary Rehabilitation group at 34.6% and 14.1%.(4) The number of methamphetamine addicts has one sexual mate only and voluntary and Police Force group accounted for 39.7% and 55.4%, respectively, all kinds of sexual partners are involved, but the Police Force group has bigger proportion of multiple sexual partners and complex partner type.(5) Every time the amount of drugs and times of drug use in Voluntary Rehabilitation group is more than Police Force group, and the addict take a shorter time for the first drug after waking up, and their desire of the drug is greater than Police Force group. Both groups feel methamphetamine has greater influence on the social relations, but in terms of interest in life and friends and family conflicts affect Police Force is less than the Voluntary Rehabilitation group.2. Relationship between elements of TCM and epidemiological characteristicsDisease syndrome has a reputation for the Qi Deficiency, Yang Deficiency. Disease syndrome has a reputation for Liver. The Heat and Blood Stasis syndrome, Lung, Stomach, Gallbladder, Mind,there are differences in the Voluntary Rehabilitation group and Police Force group.(1) Disease syndrome factor: ① Qi Deficiency:there was a significant correlation with detoxification relapse time in Voluntary Rehabilitation group; while with the amount of each drug, the health of taking drugs, the impact on work, study, and after taking drugs and the degree of contradiction with family, friends, the presence in Police Force group. ② Yang Deficiency has significant correlation with drug use (suction pipe), relapse after detoxification time in Voluntary Rehabilitation group,while with the amount of each drug, the health of taking drugs on the job, is significantly affected by the presence of learning related sex in Police Force group. ③ Heat has significantly correlated with drug use (oral) in Voluntary Rehabilitation group, while in Police Force group there is a huge correlation,after drug us,with health condition, the passion for work,study and entertainment, the conflict with family and friends. ④Blood Stasis has significant correlation with the age of drug abuse, wake up the first drug time, after the drug health status, with family and friends and the degree of contradiction exists significant correlation in Voluntary Rehabilitation group, while(2) with health condition, life interest in work and play effect significant correlation in Police Force group.(3) Disease factors:① Liver has significantly correlated with detoxification relapse time, work and play affect the existence of interest in life in Voluntary Rehabilitation group and; while with drug use and health, work, study and after the impact with the drug, the degree of conflict with family and friends in Police Force group. ② Stomach has a significant correlation with drug use (oral suction pipe), relapse after detoxification time in Voluntary Rehabilitation group; while with health, work and play affect interest in life after drug after drug abuse and the degree of conflict with family and friends in Police Force group. ③ Bile has a significant correlation with post-drug group health, Police Force group with the work of entertainment interests affect the existence of a significant correlation. And they are positively correlated. ④ Lungs has a significant correlation with after the drug and health, work and play affect interest in life after drugs and the impact of the presence of social events; strong Police Force group and detoxification relapse time after drug after drug and the health status of the work of entertainment the impact of interest exists significant correlation. ⑤ Mind has a significant correlation with detoxification relapse time, work and play declining interest in life, the degree of conflict with family and friends in Voluntary Rehabilitation group; while with post-drug group health, the degree of conflict with family and friends, and important social effect in Police Force group.Conclusion:1.Volunteer groups is younger than the Police Force group, but the latter has a stable marriage, higher education background, professional level and economic ability. To a certain extent, it reflects methamphetamine addict trend has been gradually younger, educated, popularized.2.The main reasons for recurrence of methamphetamine addiction are curiosity, thrill-seeking and difficulty to resist temptation. methamphetamine has a significant correlation in physical health, life, learning, work and friends and family contradictions.3.Voluntary drug methamphetamine addicts group of male hormone TCM Qi, Yang, Liver, Stomach, Mind is significantly correlated with relapsing time after detoxification and Police Force group, only the Lung and time-related relapse. The differences of two groups influence of social relations and the syndrome is reflected in the Heat, Blood Stasis, Lung, Stomach, Gallbladder, Mind. Regarding for methamphetamine addicts’state of Mind, strengthening the psychological intervention, it would be beneficial to acute withdrawal symptoms of drug addicts, drug addiction treatment and prevention of relapse. |
